Hotels with Bars in Cleveland

Very good hotel, the hotel is close to the Cleveland Museum of Art, convenient for children to visit, there is a parking lot, 10 cars for parking, the hotel brother stops 30 knives. To be honest, breakfast is more suitable for European and American guests, but the attitude of the waiter is super good, the younger brother at the front desk is also super handsome.

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

The room is very good and the stay is very comfortable! The breakfast is delicious, the environment and view are very good, and the stay is very comfortable. The facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful, and the hotel is clean and sanitary. I will come again next time! !

Very satisfied with a booking!

The room was quite old. Check-in is at 4 PM, and I tried emailing the hotel to see if I could check in earlier, but received no response at all. The first room they gave me had two huge fans right outside the window, so I had to talk to the front desk manager to get a different one. I already knew there wouldn't be slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, but there wasn't even a cup to put my toothbrush in. I only chose this hotel because the Hilton was fully booked.

Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet. Coffee is Starbucks. The waiters are terrible, and the hygiene is perfunctory! The hotel is in the university town, 10 minutes away from the Cleveland Museum. The museum is free, but it is closed on Mondays! The church opposite the hotel!

The Executive Lounge has some snacks and fruits, not many types, but more convenient. The room is not bad, breakfast is not bad

The degree of hygiene needs to be improved, although the breakfast variety is not too much, it can fully meet the demand. Valet parking service is also ok, 19-knife one-day parking fee, tipping in the morning when picking up the car, it is quite convenient. The suite is large and the service response is slow. There is a fitness center and there is no swimming pool.

Originally, Ctrip had already paid the room rate, and the hotel still missed the 1036 knife room fee. Ctrip cooperated and the hotel said that the card was wrong and could be returned to the credit card. I have checked out for 2 days, and the room and deposit have not been refunded. I don't know why? And it has affected my spending in the rest of the United States, really depressed! Ctrip does not care, and I don't know what the result will be, depressed!

Convenient within 5 minutes walk to the baseball stadium. The room is also comfortable. Unfortunately, the female staff at the reception is not very friendly. Even if you arrive at 3:55, the room is not ready yet and it is said that it is unknown when you can enter the room. When I finally get through the procedure, I am mistaken for a reservation for two rooms even though it is a reservation for one room. When I arrived in front of the room, I returned to the reception again due to a problem with the room key and started again. The coffee used by the previous person remains in the coffee maker. The room and location are comfortable, but the service is not good. I think people who are not particular about access to the baseball stadium should be better at other hotels.
