Very good stay experience, very old building, people feel the long history breath! It is 100 meters away from CIM with children to participate in the music festival, it is really convenient! I will definitely choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity.

JIAYII didn't live at all, and I can't change it. You are so disappointing to customers like me! My contribution to Ctrip has not been exchanged for any offers and courtesies, and even the basic rescheduled has been rejected, very bad!

YONGHONGVery good hotel, the hotel is close to the Cleveland Museum of Art, convenient for children to visit, there is a parking lot, 10 cars for parking, the hotel brother stops 30 knives. To be honest, breakfast is more suitable for European and American guests, but the attitude of the waiter is super good, the younger brother at the front desk is also super handsome.

The room was quite old. Check-in is at 4 PM, and I tried emailing the hotel to see if I could check in earlier, but received no response at all. The first room they gave me had two huge fans right outside the window, so I had to talk to the front desk manager to get a different one. I already knew there wouldn't be slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, but there wasn't even a cup to put my toothbrush in. I only chose this hotel because the Hilton was fully booked.

117伽玛刀-黄医生Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet. Coffee is Starbucks. The waiters are terrible, and the hygiene is perfunctory! The hotel is in the university town, 10 minutes away from the Cleveland Museum. The museum is free, but it is closed on Mondays! The church opposite the hotel!

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

HONGJUNThe degree of hygiene needs to be improved, although the breakfast variety is not too much, it can fully meet the demand. Valet parking service is also ok, 19-knife one-day parking fee, tipping in the morning when picking up the car, it is quite convenient. The suite is large and the service response is slow. There is a fitness center and there is no swimming pool.

Guest UserAll of the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking very close. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Dining and entertainment right outside of the door. Great selection for breakfast. Checking in and out was very easy and fast. Thank you!

Overall, it is acceptable, but it is the level of the domestic season. This is very different from the positioning of the domestic Indigo Hotel. Friends who come from China should be prepared.
