This is a beautiful old hotel in a great location just off the Pearl Street Mall. The staff were terrific and the room was what you would expect in a good hotel. Very happy with my stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The environment is great. One drawback is no water cooker and water bottles provided. It seems to be common in the USA? The coffee machine was very dirty. Other than that it was a great hotel

The overall environment is good, there is a huge Christmas tree at the door, and the corridor will be lit by natural gas at night (in fact, no one uses it for a few days).
Facilities: The facilities are quite satisfactory and there are no bad facilities, but the iron has to be said to be difficult to use.
Hygienic: very clean, the South Asian aunt is very good, stuffed me a few bottles of mineral water. The whole hotel area looks very clean.
Service: In addition to the first morning when I encountered a need for a deposit, some embarrassment and feeling slightly impatient, the young people's service attitude was very good.
The buff restaurant opposite P.S is very good, the best meal in Boulder these days.
