This is a beautiful old hotel in a great location just off the Pearl Street Mall. The staff were terrific and the room was what you would expect in a good hotel. Very happy with my stay.

Very nice stay. Loved the room. They also have a bar/restaurant open from about 5pm-10pm. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was pleasant and hotel relatively clean. Breakfast was marginal, at best. The biggest complaint I have is the charge upfront for ”incidentals” (20% of the rate). I just learned that even though we had no incidentals the charge to my credit card for that was not credited at checkout, but instead will show up on my credit card later. I was informed that could take up to 2 weeks! Choice Hotels or the individual hotel are thus using every patron's money for 2 weeks--I call that a scam!

袁A little bit of the feeling of a domestic chain hotel, the overall is still healthy, relatively quiet. The room facilities are a bit rudimentary, but unfortunately there is no big bed room, sleeping two is a bit wasteful, breakfast has not had time to eat, the same people are more mixed, smoking more
