It was difficult to check in after arriving at the hotel. The manager finally confirmed it, saying that he couldn't find it when I inquired with the confirmation number and my name I reserved. A hotel employee said, ”This happens a lot,” and asked me to make another hotel reservation site in the future.
However, when I reached the hotel, they charged me again at the hotel on my card. After asking the people at the front desk, they said that the charge on my card was pending and would disappear overtime. Even so, today I realized that the money was deducted from my card.
It is said that the amount approved by the hotel will be refunded in five days, but I am angry because this is the first time.

I checked in for a one night stay and found it satisfactory. The check in process was easy, but it took a while because I was behind a large group when I arrived and only one person was at the front desk. Once a second person showed up, I was helped, but then they offered me a bottle of water they did not have available. Instead of taking one from the convenience shop, it was just ”oh well.” I ended up getting one later when I stopped back at the desk, so it was not as huge deal.
Room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, well stocked, and had good water pressure.
The only negative thing about the location is the weird traffic pattern at the hotel. In order to leave, you have to drive all the way around the buildings next door. Very odd.

The ladies at the front desk was very rude and did not help at all. Luckily, the man there helped me a lot. The story was that I had arrived early in the morning but there was no room available. I could understand wait but that ladies had a very bad attitude and just denied to keep me any advice. However, that man gave me a key to the garage so that I could unload my luggage from my car and waited at the lobby. Then I didn’t need to look for a place to wait for the room.

Overall, it is not bad, the hotel is quiet and clean, the room is good and warm, the location is general, the surrounding is not convenient, the price is high, there is no problem with other things.

Traveling in October, the local temperature is already very cold.
Cold rain.
There are many restaurants nearby and shopping is not convenient;

I always stay in this hotel every time I come here. I like it very much. The room is big and the front desk service is very friendly. The hotel front desk staff all know me and they are all very nice. There is a bus to Manhattan in front of the hotel, which is very convenient to enter the city. The hotel's shuttle bus driver is very nice. There is no breakfast after the epidemic, which is a pity. Hope breakfast can be restored.

Great location, clean facilities, and above all, good value for money. I use it every time I go to New York on business. It's close to Palpark, so it's nice to go out for a drink.
