Our room is in the 4th floor, but all the kitchen smells will come to the room with the ventilation system. It’s is really a bad issue because any respiratory disease will be transmitted freely in this hotel.
The quilts are extremely uncomfortable.

The bed is facing the sink and mirror. If you mind, it is recommended not to live, and the bathroom and toilet are very small.

Staff was amazing. We had to switch hotels to this hotel. Prior was a nightmare and Hyatt place staff were so kind and helpful .

Pool was closed and the towels weren't clean. Blankets are a bit rough as well. Overall the convenience of location made it a good stay.

The hotel was okay. It stank like old food and the air conditioner didn't work in our room. When I called and asked about it I was told I can come get a fan from the front desk and they'll look into it after I check out. Was very stuffy and uncomfortable both days. Smaller than shown in the booking as well.

I was very happy that my room was so clean and comfortable, however the breakfast was disappointing. The selected was not as plentiful as it has been in most hotels.
