Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Спасибо ❤️

Rest in this hotel for the third time, everything is wonderful, separately I want to highlight adult animators Dmitry and Alina, guys you are super. Children animators all wonderful 👍🏻There are questions, very all fat, for health it is certainly such for yourself. I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. The air conditioner is not good, the room is old, like a sauna room, even when the air conditioner is turned off, you are sweating, so you have to sleep with the door open (through the balcony)..., no windows, not recommended

Wonderful place! Starbucks every day, and the 9:30 PM events are impressive. My girlfriend and I spent a fantastic week of vacation at this hotel. The staff were especially great. If you're worried about how far it is from the sea, don't be – I was a bit concerned about that at first too, but the hotel's shuttle service every 30 minutes is a brilliant idea! We also managed to try the hotel's A La Carte restaurant (free for stays of 5 nights or more). The food was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be back again!

Hotel was excellent overall with perfectly manicured grounds and a huge multi area pool offering several options to enjoy the day. Started in Coconut suite which was wonderful and spacious. Service was friendly and efficient. Food at main restaurant was excellent. Had a fantastic time with wife and younger kids. Would return for sure!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. I was traveling with my child, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families. The kids club was fantastic, running from 9 AM to 11 PM, which made our stay so much more relaxing. The magic show was absolutely amazing — even I couldn’t figure out how the magician did it! There were also great activities like paddle boarding. A special thank you to Bayram Bey at reception for helping me get a room in the main building, and to Ali Rıza Bey for assisting us with the shuttle to the kids club. Their kindness made a big difference. The food was delicious, and having a heated pool was a huge bonus. We had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely come back again. В целом всё чисто и приятно. Однако есть два минуса: 1. Нет холодильника. 2. Завтрак начинается в 9:00, и мы приходим голодными, а повар шеф-повар уже ждёт нас. Завтрак готов в 9:30, поэтому есть небольшая задержка. должны быть готовы к 9 часам.
