MelodyWenThey will do daily cleaning in the room which is appreciated, but took away our spoons which the staff thought it was the hotel’s. And sometimes after cleaning, they didn’t provide garbage bag for the bin. We are also not notified that 24 December is their ‘holiday’ so the breakfast will start late, several group standing in front of the restaurant waiting it to open while we are actuall rushing to the airport. The staff did allow us in at the end, no chaotic was caused luckily.

A great place to just stay and view northern lights just outside just at the farm. 10-12 rooms so very nice experience. Have restaurant that you can hide from the cold easily and you can step out to view the northern lights when they are out.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the city center's commercial district and major transport hubs. Key city attractions are also very close, and the breakfast offers a good variety. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff all perform their duties efficiently and work in an orderly manner.

The location is super convenient, right in front of the cathedral. Many day tours meet up downstairs, which is fantastic! The hotel breakfast was also very satisfying. I was so happy to see the Northern Lights in Tromsø! You can consider a day tour or just walk to the pier. As long as it's a sunny day with a high Aurora Index, you'll be fine!

Quite a good quality hotel. Location is excellent. Room is relatively small but still acceptable. This hotel booking includes breakfast. I rank the quality of breakfast to fantastic which it serves high quality of food with traditional Norwayigen food.

Our best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.

The hotel location is pretty good
There will be a bus to the airport within a 4-minute walk
It takes 6 minutes to walk to the world's northernmost McDonald's.

It's a pity that we were almost out of batter when we got back.
The facilities are also normal
The only thing that can be improved is the smell of the hotel room
