I also enjoyed their hot latte (self paid) it was perfect for warming up as I stepped out and strolled toward my first stop, the Tromsø City Library and Archive."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exactly conforming to my idea of Nordic design. The room is a bit on the small side; it's perfect for one person, but might feel a little cramped for two. Breakfast is extensive and entirely self-service. The hotel's location is very convenient: there's an airport bus stop right outside, it's a 5-minute walk to the Arctic Cathedral, and the city center is just a ten-minute walk away."

"The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. There are even many tour meeting points right outside the door. The front desk staff were all very helpful. The rooms are quite spacious, though the shower drain is a bit slow. Breakfast offers a good variety, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Chinese fried rice!"

The hotel breakfast is considered rich and delicious for local standards. It's also conveniently located within walking distance to the city center. I would recommend this hotel if I come again or if friends visit."

"The single room I booked has a shared bathroom. The room is compact and has a sink and guesthouse. The hotel has a good location, the staff is friendly, there is a kitchen and restaurant to use, and free tea and coffee are provided every day. The shared bathroom room is about 5-6 rooms sharing a shower room and toilet on each floor. The overall experience is very good, but there are two shortcomings First, the toilet will be very crowded in the morning. All the toilets on the three floors are used, resulting in queuing. Second, the sound insulation of the room is not very good. If the neighbors talk loudly, you can hear it clearly, but fortunately, the neighbors are not too loud when sleeping, so it does not affect sleep"

"We stayed in the Enter St-Elisabeth Hotel (not a suite). We paid extra for a 'superior double room with sea view, however, the only way to view the sea was to climb onto the wind sill to look round the corner of the building. The room was very small with the bed pushed up against a wall and with just enough room on the other side for a very small table. the lighting in the room was very poor in the area where the bed was. There was not any room to sit and relax in the room. When we arrived (19.00) reception was closed and we had to do a self check-in and therefore were unable to arrange a breakfast box for the morning. There is no restaurant or bar and the 'Snack Bar' is just a fridge with a few items which were extremely expensive. what seemed totally at odds with the inadequacy of the hotel in terms of comfort and service was a large fully equipped gym which no one seemed to use. The tea and coffee in the room was never replenished and we had to ask at reception (if it was open) for tea bags and also replacement toilet rolls. I would not recommend the hotel but cannot comment on the suites."

Parking right outside my cabin and EV charging area is just 2 min away from your cabin. Would recommend everyone to book tis hotel when staying in tromso."

"Booked a quad room, but it was very small. The bathroom was tiny and the lighting was dim. The room itself felt old and dated. However, the location was a huge plus – everything was within walking distance, including McDonald's and the whale watching pick-up point. Plus, they offered free waffles every evening at 5 PM (self-service) and coffee and tea all day long, which was great!"
