I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHG. The location is unbeatable—right next to Utrecht Central Station and within walking distance of the city center, shops, and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing despite the central location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I especially appreciated the convenience of being connected to Hoog Catharijne shopping center while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Utrecht and would gladly stay here again.

Accommodation in Utrecht is really expensive, and this was the cheapest place I could find that was also relatively close to the train station. I didn't have high expectations initially, but when I arrived, I saw two very fancy outfits displayed at the entrance, and I realized this place was more than it seemed. It operates as a hostel, a bar, and a restaurant, and there's even a study area on the ground floor. A quick search revealed that this place is a converted church, and it's hard to imagine having the experience of staying a night in a church. Since I needed to work, I went to the study area in the evening and stayed until midnight. The restaurant had already closed, and everything was very quiet, creating a truly unique atmosphere. Then, when I woke up the next morning and looked downstairs, the ground floor was already full of people working – so diligent! P.S. Both check-in and check-out are self-service, making it an introvert-friendly hostel. If I ever get the chance to visit Utrecht again, I would definitely consider staying here.

Great location close to train station and centre. Unfortunately our towels weren’t changed after a 2 night stay despite requesting this and cups/glasses not cleaned

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

Excellent location with easy access to the train station and walking distance to city centre and Exhibition halls. Umbrellas available from hotel in case of rain showers. Great breakfast served in ground floor

Nice, clean hotel in a great location for the train/tram and football stadium. Check in was quick and got a nice g&t welcome drink. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t the best. No kettle facilities in the room which is a must for me! However, they serve hot and cold drinks downstairs. The outdoor area on the canal was lovely in the sun! Would definitely stay again.

It is nice place to stay for personal trip with friends and family, nice decoration, and people nice too, but it is a little far away from the station and town. However, it takes 20 min. for walk.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is attentive and ready to answer any questions. Everything in the rooms is well thought out; I had a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and even an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies.

The price of the hostel is exorbitant, to say the least, considering the soap in the room was out, my room wasn't made up, my towels weren't changed, the shampoo was two sachets, and the windows couldn't be opened. I can't fault the central location, but I paid exactly double what I paid in Eindhoven, Rotterdam, and The Hague, where I've stayed in much better hotels.
