"My wife and I stayed here for one night. Our experience was excellent. The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety. Although it was a bit crowded, we didn't have to wait in line at all. You can easily make your own waffles at breakfast, which was a great feature in my opinion. Highly recommended!"

T.HeiRoom is not big but with high ceiling, I don't feel it too small. Mini bar in room offer free coffee capsule x 6pcs!! I finished 5 for the 2 evenings. 😁 Room is a bit cold with aircon, and started getting too warm after a few hours of heating. Common problem for hotels. It will be better if the shower bracket can be adjusted. But already feeling satisfied with the steaming hot water + good water pressure. In general, the stay is a good experience.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

It is nice place to stay for personal trip with friends and family, nice decoration, and people nice too, but it is a little far away from the station and town. However, it takes 20 min. for walk.

sally..Chose this place in Utrecht due to the room size. Location's quite a walk away from the central train station, and room is away from the reception so not much service encountered. Main building of hotel was undergoing renovation works, but other than during check-in the works did not affect us.
Room size was good, but the toilet was small. Basic ammenities provided.

設施有些老舊，房間裏灰塵有些多，燈光非常昏暗。但是服務熱情，空間很大，位置極佳。旁邊有古老的教堂，步行十分鐘可以到達中央車站

Guest UserGreat location in a relatively quiet neighborhood. There is a nice coffee aroma coming from the Douwe Egberts factory. A few times there was some noise from the adjacent parking lot, but fortunately that was brief. Clean rooms. The shower had an annoying leak; I had to put a towel on the floor so I wouldn't have to listen to the drips. The shower cubicle itself is very small. The windows have been due for a cleaning on the outside for a while. But those are just minor things. Overall, it was fine and I am considering staying there again next time.

Guest UserThe price of the hostel is exorbitant, to say the least, considering the soap in the room was out, my room wasn't made up, my towels weren't changed, the shampoo was two sachets, and the windows couldn't be opened. I can't fault the central location, but I paid exactly double what I paid in Eindhoven, Rotterdam, and The Hague, where I've stayed in much better hotels.
