"The room was very comfortable, with plenty of hot water and a comfortable shower. The service was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. It was a Western breakfast with fruit bread, cheese, etc. In addition, we rode bicycles to this hotel because we were on a cycling tour. The hotel has a parking room specifically for bicycles. The door of the parking room requires a card to enter, which is very safe. This allowed us to sleep peacefully because we were worried that our bicycles would be stolen by others."

Ordered at 6.20 pm some bites because they are open until 11pm but the kitchen offers only bites (the sense of that?). At 7pm still nothing and my baby started to get hungry so I asked the waitress… she came back saying that it will take 12 minutes to have our bites… from that moment… 😳 + one of the one I ordered not available because it’s on the new menu… and when did you think telling me?? No excuse, no sorry… we decided to leave and they didn’t even offer the apple juice of my kid!! Horrible service!! They won’t see me and my family anymore."

"I would give zero stars if that were possible. For this price, one expects a different level of service: 1. The air conditioning in the 4-meter-high rooms can no longer be turned off. The control unit is completely dead, and the reception is well aware of the problem. The rooms are sometimes as cold as 16-17 degrees Celsius. As I said, the air conditioning runs continuously, even at night. We borrowed some screwdrivers from reception to replace a suspected dead battery. After unscrewing the display, it was clear that several other guests had tried to break it off to fix the problem. If you complain, reception provides you with two space heaters. The problem here is: the noise level in the rooms when the air conditioning is running is comparable to that of a small plane taking off. Were you planning a romantic night...? Not at 90 decibels. After two nights, we drove home with stiff necks. 2. The hotel hallways have a very unpleasant, indefinable smell. Awful. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offers a variety of five dinner plates and two small platters with cut-outs. At €22 per person, it's an absolute rip-off. 4. The hotel has no accessibility features whatsoever. Our 90-year-old mother had to climb over 50 steps to reach her room. Accessibility was explicitly requested when making the reservation. 5. €2300 for three rooms with breakfast is an absolute exorbitant price for this hotel. 6. Parking in front of the hotel costs €58.33 per day. 7. Utrecht is worth a visit, but not under these conditions. 8. Our advice: Stay home or book elsewhere. Sincerely, R.K."

"The location is close to the center, the university district is very close. People were friendly at check-in. The room has basic furnishings, in my case there was a thick layer of dust on the windowsill and on the wooden blinds. After I reported this, it was neatly resolved There is a sofa that you can also turn into a sofa bed, which is not only grubby but also too big for the space. There is no closet space The shower itself was fine, but there is no shower curtain or door, so little privacy You cannot wash hands in the toilet room itself, you must do so in the shower area. Room is gloomy decorated concrete gray with no paintings or other accessories. A nice TV and an excellent mini fridge The room is very noisy, you wake up several times a night due to the neighbors door closing, for example I won't be coming back here again anytime soon"
