"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles à Maastricht.
L’établissement est élégant, idéalement situé, et le personnel fait véritablement tout son possible pour que les clients se sentent bien et profitent pleinement de leur séjour. Grâce à cette attention et à cet accueil chaleureux, nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette très jolie ville.
Quelques points pourraient toutefois encore améliorer l’expérience :
- Il serait appréciable d’avoir un téléphone dans la chambre afin de pouvoir joindre facilement la réception.
- Les serviettes de bain mériteraient d’être plus grandes pour être davantage en accord avec le standing de l’hôtel.
- Enfin, le petit déjeuner proposé à 38€ par personne nous a semblé un peu limité par rapport au tarif demandé. Il gagnerait soit à être enrichi pour correspondre davantage au niveau de prix affiché, soit à être proposé à un tarif plus cohérent, autour de 20 à 25€.
Malgré ces remarques constructives, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et remercions sincèrement toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme."

RichardBredaGood hotel, but the dinner during the busy Carmina Burana performance was disappointing. However, complaints were handled very well by the staff and compensation was provided!

We stayed for 3 nights at the Garner Hotel in Maastricht, intending to have a good place to sleep between our bike tours in the area, and also wanting to thoroughly explore Maastricht. We primarily chose it based on price beforehand; it didn't have to be the cheapest, but definitely not in the expensive segment, and this seemed like a suitable hotel.
Upon arrival, we were honestly pleasantly surprised: a very friendly welcome, clear explanations to all our questions as inexperienced hotel guests, and it was super well-arranged that we could store our electric bikes indoors in a separate room where they could even be charged for free. Furthermore, there was a fantastic breakfast buffet every day, and also a great 3-course set menu daily with really nice choices for only €37.50. This was especially nice on the first day after our journey.
Additionally, the room was 100% neat and clean, with comfortable beds, a TV, and wonderfully fresh air thanks to central climate control.
All in all, a truly excellent hotel for the price.

Great castle hotel in romantic surroundings during Christmas holidays ❄️🎄we has also our christmas dinner and breakfast included. Rooms are specious , clean. Shower is amazing designed. Definitely coming back. We're Dutch and Vietnamese . Great done Vaeshartelt 🇳🇱🇻🇳❤️

別墅比較小，兩個衞生間，卧室在二樓都是斜屋頂，比較矮，毛巾很舊，床單破洞，離市區不遠，第一天晚上到，門鎖是壞的，離前台較遠，過了十多分鐘工作人員幫開門，沒什麼服務，自己買了柴，小朋友又體會了一下生火的樂趣，前台外面有車行可以租車騎行

I choose this hotel because it is just 5 min walk from train station. And also very close to shopping and dining area. Check in is all automatic and is very easy. Room is big and clean the location makes it one of the best hotel for traveller

We've stayed at the Townhouse Hotel in Maastricht a few times now, and this visit was great once again. The staff are friendly, and the hotel itself is cozy and well-maintained. The rooms are clean with fantastic beds. The location of the Townhouse is superb, within walking distance of Maastricht's lively city center. All in all, highly recommended!

I temporarily chose a hotel near MECC. The hotel was good in all aspects, but the surrounding area was a little quieter. But this is basically the case in small European cities, and it’s normal. Health and food are good. Business accommodation is acceptable.

timbobaselLove staying with this group. They are focused on students and schools and make a refreshing change from typical business hotels. Don't expect anything complex from kitchen, but nothing bad. This one has a great river terrace.
