The service attitude is not good, the room is not very clean, and it is a bit noisy near the roadside. There was nothing for breakfast, so I don't recommend it.

Bij aankomst in de kamer bleek de kamer nog niet te zijn schoongemaakt en verder klaargemaakt. . Helemaal geen excuses oid. Hygiëne was slecht. Veel dingen in de kamer verouderd of niet compleet. Bij uitchecken mochten we nog even extra toeristenbelasting betalen, terwijl we dat vooraf al hadden gedaan. Er werd hierbij gezegd dat de tarieven verhoogd waren. Ik heb meegedeeld dat ik het nogal gewaagd vond om dat te vragen, ook omdat het een eigen fout was en verder omdat de service (zie bovenstaand) echt slecht was. Ik heb het geweigerd en heb toen het hotel verlaten.

Unbelievable room, window could not be opened, no air conditioning. Smell on the hotel floor like a hospital.

The gotel is advetised as Horel Bastipn Central it is definately not ventral it cost 16 euro for a taxi to the station which is in the centre we yried to check in at 15.00hrs we eventuallly got our room key at 5pm ubacceptable . They charged top rates but gave a terrable service.
