I would recommend this property to the people who are looking for a comfortable stay after their hectic routine, the staff will literally take care of everything. It felt like my mother’s home to me. GGuest UserHave no words to describe this wonderful resort. We celebrated our 20th anniversary at oleander farms. It lives upto the hype of being a premium and upscale resort. The spacious rooms and pristine environment and clean surroundings really add great value to the overall experience. Food especially the breakfast is amazing with good variety and is delicious. The newly opened spa also is a wonderful experience. Restaurants salt t & common house are always crowded but the in-house brewed beer and selection of vintage wines were great to taste. Lastly, the food menu offers european, pan asian and indian cuisines with limited menu options are expensive but they really match up to the taste and quality of ingredients used. Overall our experience was amazing and we shall surely recommend anyone looking to come here and pamper themselves.

GGuest UserI had booked the room for my husband's birthday and it was the best decision. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room. The highlights was the impeccable service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.Food options are limited but taste is awesome and staff suggest you with good recommendation. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with topmost hygiene standards. The owner is really humble and personally take care of all the needs and see that everything is maintained.It exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return.

GGuest UserReaching zostel kolad is fairly easy its a 3 hour journey from either mumbai or pune (drive from pune is really scenic. Zostel is located on the banks of kundalika river. We need to cross the river to reach zostel and zostel provides a ferry service for this, which also a unique experience. It is a beautiful property with clean rooms, outdoor sports (badminton, volleyball & cricket, indoor activities (table tennis, carrom and etc) and amazing restaurant. Zostel kolad particularly lights up after 7pm. There are multiple activities organized by zostel every night involving dance, music, drinks and lot of food. Truly, it was an amazing experience making me want to extend my stay (unfortunately they were fully booked. Ps: book your stay a month early. They sell out very quickly particularly on weekends.

GGuest UserI visited the tanish residency as an american traveler visiting the area for my first time, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. The wifi in the rooms is functional but not super fast and the amenities were suitable for a business trip of my time. I would visit and reccomend this hotel again in the future. Thank you!

GGuest UserThe best part of the resort is the executive room was quite big and it was near to Nagaon beach. The supportive staffs were good and polite. As such there is no regular restaurant but you get the food and for that you have to order in advance and they cook the food accordingly and call you to come in dine-in area 5 mins before the food is ready. I had ordered the lunch and it was simple and good. The cons were that you won’t get feel of resort here. Open area is not there.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met my basic needs. However, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. The room interior is not so good. The wi-fi signal was a bit weak, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Additionally, there was some noise from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall tranquility of my stay. In summary, hotel mari aai provided a decent stay, but there is room for enhancement in terms of amenities, interior design and noise isolation. I would consider staying here again, depending on my needs for future trips”
