Ssamuel eelLocation was ok. Front desk service is okish.... security is pretty much on point as well.
But the technical team is slow..... i ask for a remote battery replacement and it took me about 40minutes + 3reminders to get it done.
End up i had to open my room door and stopped a staff passing by to get help.
Was a horrible experience with services....
Room wise its clean and manageable.... facilities is okish.... Breakfast more room for impovement too with variety...

Very comfortable room, in a quiet and relaxing spot of Matheran. Delicious food and above all very friendly and serviceable staff! Our stay was lovely, we even extended it for two more nights without any issue. The hotel staff was always ready to help us with any inquiry. The room was large and with all necessary things.

GGuest UserProperty decent and was managed well. The premises and room were kept clean. Also, the complimentary breakfast was very good. Also, property is very close to the beach. Note: you can opt to have meals in the hotel itself meals were very good.
