The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.

This was the best hotel I could find at this price in the city center of Coimbatore. Compared to the availability of hotels in China (where I was returning from), the options in Coimbatore were surprisingly more expensive, less well-equipped, and offered fewer amenities (no slippers, no toothbrush, no liquid soap in the bathroom, no hair dryer, etc.). The cleanliness of the room was just about acceptable. If the hotel were priced around 2000 INR per night, it would feel like a fair deal. But I paid 320 CNY (~4000 INR), and at that price, I don’t find it economical. That said, there were some positives: they provided an extra mattress for me to sleep on (in addition to my parents), and the breakfast was very good—though part of that may be because I was especially hungry in the morning, and I usually enjoy hotel breakfasts. Overall, I’d say the hotel is okay, but I would recommend checking other deals before settling on this one.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is smart, efficient, and fuss-free, which made everything easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in across Coimbatore, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The service was excellent, and special thanks to Bala, Surya, and Valli for their warmth and genuine care, they truly made my stay memorable.

Overall, it was a very good experience. The staff helped carry luggage to the room. The restaurant service was excellent, and the food was delicious. However, the bathroom facilities should be checked for any damage. I also suggest replacing the light bulbs outside the rooms on each floor with white light for better illumination.

The hotel is good location and the room is clean. When we arrived at 11pm, one of my room still not ready and need to wait for 30min to be ready, when asked the front office what is check in time they mentioned 3pm but the room still not ready up to 11pm. Only that’s disappointed us. Variety of breakfast and recommended.

I stayed in a deluxe room with two elementary school students and a kindergarten child. I was kind to my children and I felt secure. The room was spacious and the next morning breakfast buffet was the first time for kids to enjoy Indian food.

Good hotel, room,, room service food and buffet breakfast. I wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked. Went back a few days later.

I don't understand the concept of 12 to 12 check in and check out. Anyways we had booked 2 rooms and went to the hotel by 6 pm and they took 30 mins to provide 1 room and more than 1. 30 hours to provide another room. But during checkout they were very sharp on timing and charged extra 500 rs for extending till 2 pm. The pol in reception area not so friendly and they don't know even the meaning of smile. The room were good and neat the breakfast was also ok. There was underground parking aswell. Will i prefer this hotel next time. No bcoz of the non friendly front office.

We stayed at this hotel for two days. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is at a walkable distance of approximately 2 to 3 minutes from the main road and has all major amenities ranging from restaurants, grocery stores, stationary shops and others within a walkable distance of a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes. The nearest bus stop is hardly 4 to 5 minutes away by walking. The hotel staff was polite and prompt in accommodating any requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth as well and hardly took a minute or two. We did not have anything at their restaurant and therefore cannot comment on the same. One thing we would like to point out is that the hotel rooms have central ACs that have automated temperature control, so this created a bit of discomfort for us, especially at night when the room became a bit cooler. Also, we found the beds in twin-sharing rooms to be a bit narrow, which might be uncomfortable for adults. Apart from this, we found everything to be good, and we would definitely recommend this place for staying for a short visit.
