Great
XXena_CSince we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.
GGuest UserI stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham-Gateway in the UK, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel environment was quiet, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite modern. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. It's suitable for business trips or short stays, offering good value for money overall.
GGuest UserThe check in service wasn't smooth. The front desk and night manager asked so many questions, that they can find out via the booking system. We waited for over half an hour to check in. They spent the time on checking if you leave notes for two single beds or one double. And the tone was like we owned them a millions pounds. Hotel was above average but the check in experiece was the worst I've ever had in any hotel over the world.
WWeTravels LimitedWe were welcomed with a treat being our wedding anniversary. The facilities in the hotel are good and there is on site parking for just £5 a day. The breakfast menu is great and offers anything you would like to have at breakfast. A gym is available and a bar too. The staff are friendly and prompt. I Highly recommend.
GGuest UserNice hotel and pool club rooms have king size beds and good showers. I go to Derby often to visit and often need a place, although there isn’t many luxury hotels in the area, this one has nice jacuzzis and bigger beds and made for a good small stop.
AArawayneTook advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.
CChau Chi HengThe hotel services are very good, the breakfast is very nice. The hotel facilities are very good. Personally I prefer hand held shower instead of wall mounted jet.

Very Good
JJai KingstonSuperb staff, great parking. Very clean. Lovely bed. Only issue was no bathroom fan and I don't like the overhead showers as I don't like my head & hair getting drenched unless I choose to.
GGuest UserLovely hotel - couldn’t get a better location sadly let down by the size of the room (bathroom was ok) but bedroom was very tight. By far the worst problem was a lack of working air conditioning. It was a hot night and although an air con unit was in the room we couldn’t get it to work no matter what we tried. Due to the heat, sleep was a scarce commodity during our stay. If we’d have booked for longer than a night I would have not have slept in that room again if there was working no air con.

GGuest UserJust needed to put my head down for the night. Reception was friendly..I arrived late at 2340..friendly night guy..room was adequate for my needs..Room 9 cold tap handle was missing, but a shsve was possible and teeth with warm water..mattress protector needs a boil wash and new carpet would freshen things. Shower was luke warm but manageable..heating was fine..tv ok..1 night fine;)
