Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered were of top-notch quality, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the rejuvenating spa facilities. One of the highlights of Crowne Plaza Nottingham was its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided convenient access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining establishments. Whether I wanted to explore the cultural landmarks or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was within easy reach. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well. The restaurant featured a diverse menu with a wide range of delectable dishes to choose from. I especially relished the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful selection of both local and international cuisine. "A Great location, easy walking distance to Theatre Royal and Concert Hall where we were going for Disco Dynamite (I can highly recommend this). I booked early checkin for an extra £15 which is worth doing, leave your stuff in your room and go and explore. Reception is very small with a small bar at the side. Josh checked us in and he was super friendly and helpful. The room was on the 8th floor and it was very big. Big comfy bed and pillows, decent size bathroom with shower over bath, TV etc, plenty of plug sockets, everything you needed really, also a fan was provided. The room as others say could do with a refurbish as looking a bit dated but everything was clean. Not a very good nights sleep really as quite a lot of street noise from music and people but that just shows the central location. Take ear plugs. We didn't stay for breakfast so cannot judge that. Whilst there I left a cardigan/jacket behind on a chair and went to reception and they had it all ready bagged up for me. The lady on reception who helped me was so lovely. The only downside really is the lack of luggage storage, however the barber shop next door will store them, kept ours for 2.5 hours for only £4. All in all we will definitely stay again. The staff are so lovely, clean hotel and fantastic location."

"Service on arrival was friendly and informative. Parking was £10 per day and is under cover next to the accommodation. We requested a room away from the lift and this was given to us but it was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise. The room and room size was enough for what we needed although given it was a room for 2, and we had cooking facilities, there was only one chair at the table so we to eat on our lap. The only other thing for me, was that although we were only there for 3 nights, there was no room service so our bins did not get emptied, by day 4 they were overflowing and smelt. They gave one dishwasher tablet only, a washing up sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid but nothing to wipe down the surfaces. The bathroom facilities were ok, shower hot and powerful. Again, the sink in the bathroom was high for me, not sure how a child would reach the sink. There was a complementary drinks and croissant station but personally the coffee was not to my taste. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend staying there, it is very central to everything."

"we stayed in a club room, which came with gym and pool access - the facilities are good and the gym is fully equipped. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly especially young Asian girl and there are veg options available. Nature reserve only 10 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend. The room itself had issues with wifi and tv signal. I logged a complaint on their app but nobody came so the next day I had to go to reception again. They didn’t give me a solution like moving room for a better wifi. Club Rooms don’t have a fridge or a telephone so you have to send messages via chat which is annoying."

"Well the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good. Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go. Our standard room was very small, though cozy. AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception. Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes). It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve. Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!"

"The advantage is that the room is large, parking is free , and the waiter has helped carry the luggage to the room . The disadvantage is that the room is too old and has no air conditioning, no elevator, some  room windows cannot be opened, the air cannot be convection , there are not many rooms in the hotel in total, although there is a river behind the hotel, but the water quality is very poor and full of aquatic creatures , and there is no road for you to walk ! The windows are full of spiders!"
