"Really well located hotel, with lovely art deco features and well chosen furniture. Good, powerful shower and in general very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was temperamental, although was better behaved after mentioning to the welcome desk. The breakfast was good, although there were few choices for those with food restrictions. There was no decaffeinated coffee available at breakfast so we were advised to get coffee from our bedroom which was a little frustrating. A long walk for a coffee cup with breakfast!"

The most, a small well-garned plate allowing tea or coffee with a small cake.
Secure animal parking accepted.
The small balcony was pleasant.

Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Dr Massey NazarianNice, pleasantly designed hotel bu I was expecting more amenity for a 4 star hotel. No tea or milk in the room. Only two small coffee capsules (on decaf one normal). No ironing facility in the room. No hair conditioner. No kettle … my phone and heating weren’t wirking.

Anonymous UserThe location is very convenient – right next to the Lillenium shopping centre. The area feels safe and modern, with good access to shops and restaurants.
The hotel itself is clean, modern and comfortable. The room was well designed with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The overall cleanliness was excellent.

Vivi15Convenient location just next to Eurostar terminal and about 10 minutes walk to Lille city center. The room was spacious enough for two people, although it did have an unexpected baby crib, which felt a bit out of place. Overall, comfortable stay with great accessibility !

Unfortunately, the information on trip isn't entirely accurate.
According to the photos, there should be a bathtub. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.
Furthermore, the room was in need of some maintenance.
For example, the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working and the shower head was broken.
Regarding service, we didn't receive any clean towels after the first day, even though the old ones were just lying on the floor.
Breakfast was fine, but nothing special.
However, the location is perfect. Very close to the city center.
We actually expected more, even though it wasn't bad.
We give it a 7.

Guest UserIt was alright, the person at the counter was nice also cool that the bedsheets already put in place for you although they don't give you towels soap or anything which is kinda mid tier most places even if cheap offer that. The shower didn't have light and every 25seconds you'd have to press the button to get more water.

The room is very clean. It is next to the train station and you can walk one kilometer to the city. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The front desk is very friendly. I recommend it to friends who come to Lille to stay in the hotel. Temporary parking is available at the hotel, and it is also very convenient for customers to pick us up.

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible.
You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot.
Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel.
Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh...
The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night.
When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately.
Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control.
Good points : good location and yummy breakfast

Joe the world citizenThe hotel is located across from the train station Lille Flandres. The receptionist is located in the bar. Pressing the bell on the side door is useless. The room number does not include the floor number, so be sure to ask the receptionist. I could not find the flush button for the toilet at the beginning. It is located on the side of the toilet. There are many electrical cords under the toilet, which is weird. Overall it was what I paid for: a cheap hotel to catch my train in the morning.
