△Perhaps it is privately run, but the phone never connects. When I thought I got through, they hung up saying they don't speak English. If you booked through Trip.com, it might be better to contact them through that.
△Because it is close to the airport, many people probably use flights that arrive late at night or depart early in the morning, but the last check-in time is early (note that this varies depending on the day of the week). My flight was delayed by about an hour, but they contacted me through Trip.com and I was able to check in safely."
