The breakfast at this hotel is very rich and delicious. The hotel is very close to the airport, 10 minutes walk, the hotel has a free car delivery, 10 minutes in advance reservation. 5 minutes walk to the small train station in the city center. The service at the front desk is very good and the English is great. There is free parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

It's fine. Very conveniently located, as it's basically attached to the airport so you can go from the hotel to your check-in desk without ever going outside. The rooms are decently sized, and the shower was very good. Automatically loses a point however, becasue you can't open the windows unless you call down to reception. Breakfast too was below average for a hotel of this stature. No toilet brush is bizarre and inconsiderate to the cleaning staff in my opinion. That seems to be a strange policy in all NH hotels in my experience. The internet was also not great. The restaurant and bar downstairs lack any kind of soul, though the staff on the whole were very nice. The gym was also absolutely rubbish. One running machine and some basic, basic weights. All-in-all, it's ok for quick stop before a flight but nothing to make me want to rush back.

The hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. Ok, the weather was good for walking from the airport to the hotel (about 1.4 km). I expecting there is an airport view, but they provided me a room from another side of the hotel. I chose this hotel, because of the Steak House that they advertised on their web page. However, the Steak House was closed on the day I arrived there. The hotel room was spacious, but not very well equipped. The mini-bar included only one bottle of water. The bathroom amenities were minimal. The hotel did not appreciate my Spire Elite status at all. When I asked about it, they provided me the Welcome Amenity Voucher with a Gold Elite benefit instead of Spire Elite. I asked why. The answer was ”Yes we know you are a Spire member, but we are not allowed...”! When I asked for taxi, they suggested I will share a taxi with another customer since it is very difficult to get a taxi there. The breakfast was fine, but the hot breakfast was finished 15 minutes before closing. Fortunately, they made me couple of fried eggs upon request.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Room was spacious and modern. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Wish the airport shuttle operated at all times as our flight arrived after 10pm shut off time. Had to get a taxi even though it is advertised as an airport hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Pool was also a great facility considering the hot weather we had while we were there. A small but we'll stocked breakfast buffet was included and was perfect to get your day started. Was within walking distance of the Aeroscopia museum.

As promised, the free shuttle car was waiting for us, very patiently as our BA flight was an hour late. The driver was very friendly and courteous. We were greeted by a delightful lady called Samya who booked us in fast. We got to our apartment which was spacious and well equipped, including a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom was one of the best I have ever seen and I have been in hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental! The bedroom had a huge bed and an ample wardrobe. You can get delicious dishes in the lobby for just 6 Euros. The hotel reception and foyer were beautifully furnished. There is a gym and a sauna on the third floor. The dining room which is used fir breakfast was equipped with modern and very pretty crockery. But the best thing about this quiet hotel which is only 5 minutes from the airport is the staff, very friendly and helpful. If ever I needed to stay near the airport, I would for sure use this great hotel again.

True to its brand with spacious, clean and functional rooms. Smart and contemporary lobby and bar areas. We took the uninspiring 20 minute walk from the airport and were disappointed to find the shuttle bus operates only limited hours and would not be available for our return journey at 5 in the morning. We were up before breakfast was served but staff kindly packed a small takeaway breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds provided a comfortable night of sleep and the hotel and surrounding area were thankfully quiet. All in all, a good standard of hotel but be careful if you’re reliant on their limited shuttle bus. Other hotels would be less of a walk.

We had booked a night at the airport hotel due to an early flight departure the next morning. After a mix up with restaurant opening hours with the Pullman's sister hotel the Radisson Blu, we were offered to transfer our one night stay to the Pullman at no extra charge. It was a wonderful experience. Special mention to Monsieur Drouard, Directeur F&B. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a beautiful suite where a very nice bottle of red wine was waiting for us along with a personalised welcome letter from Monsieur Drouard. Such customer service and genuine care for guests can be rare in this world but you will find it at the Pullman and I am sure the Radisson as well. Bravo. We hope to see you again soon. The employees were so warm, especially the first young lady that checked me in. She was so helpful and kind. I was able to check in a half an hour early which meant alot to me. The food at the restaurant that night was delicious. Breakfast was great...I will absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future. And, so, so close to the airport.

We figured next time we'd invest an extra 40-50 EUR and stay at a nicer place around TLS airport.

This hotel is a 15 minute easy walk, along a quiet road, to the airport. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained where we could go for a meal and where we would receive a discount. The room was spotlessly clean. Crisp white sheets and towels. All brilliantly white with no stains or holes. The breakfast was simple but had plenty of choice for a continental style breakfast. This hotel way surpassed our expectations and was excellent value for money.

We took the uninspiring 20 minute walk from the airport and were disappointed to find the shuttle bus operates only limited hours and would not be available for our return journey at 5 in the morning. We were up before breakfast was served but staff kindly packed a small takeaway breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds provided a comfortable night of sleep and the hotel and surrounding area were thankfully quiet. All in all, a good standard of hotel but be careful if you’re reliant on their limited shuttle bus. Other hotels would be less of a walk.

The hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. Ok, the weather was good for walking from the airport to the hotel (about 1.4 km). I expecting there is an airport view, but they provided me a room from another side of the hotel. I chose this hotel, because of the Steak House that they advertised on their web page. However, the Steak House was closed on the day I arrived there. The hotel room was spacious, but not very well equipped. The mini-bar included only one bottle of water. The bathroom amenities were minimal. The hotel did not appreciate my Spire Elite status at all. When I asked about it, they provided me the Welcome Amenity Voucher with a Gold Elite benefit instead of Spire Elite. I asked why. The answer was ”Yes we know you are a Spire member, but we are not allowed...”! When I asked for taxi, they suggested I will share a taxi with another customer since it is very difficult to get a taxi there. The breakfast was fine, but the hot breakfast was finished 15 minutes before closing. Fortunately, they made me couple of fried eggs upon request.

It's fine. Very conveniently located, as it's basically attached to the airport so you can go from the hotel to your check-in desk without ever going outside. The rooms are decently sized, and the shower was very good. Automatically loses a point however, becasue you can't open the windows unless you call down to reception. Breakfast too was below average for a hotel of this stature. No toilet brush is bizarre and inconsiderate to the cleaning staff in my opinion. That seems to be a strange policy in all NH hotels in my experience. The internet was also not great. The restaurant and bar downstairs lack any kind of soul, though the staff on the whole were very nice. The gym was also absolutely rubbish. One running machine and some basic, basic weights. All-in-all, it's ok for quick stop before a flight but nothing to make me want to rush back.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Room was spacious and modern. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Wish the airport shuttle operated at all times as our flight arrived after 10pm shut off time. Had to get a taxi even though it is advertised as an airport hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Pool was also a great facility considering the hot weather we had while we were there. A small but we'll stocked breakfast buffet was included and was perfect to get your day started. Was within walking distance of the Aeroscopia museum.

I was surprised how calm the hotel was in respect to it's situation. My room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. My only criticism is about the coffee machine. Great coffee but it takes an age to serve a small dose. Most people spend minutes in front of the machine to obtain a cup full ! Therefore there is often a queue to be served.

As promised, the free shuttle car was waiting for us, very patiently as our BA flight was an hour late. The driver was very friendly and courteous. We were greeted by a delightful lady called Samya who booked us in fast. We got to our apartment which was spacious and well equipped, including a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom was one of the best I have ever seen and I have been in hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental! The bedroom had a huge bed and an ample wardrobe. You can get delicious dishes in the lobby for just 6 Euros. The hotel reception and foyer were beautifully furnished. There is a gym and a sauna on the third floor. The dining room which is used fir breakfast was equipped with modern and very pretty crockery. But the best thing about this quiet hotel which is only 5 minutes from the airport is the staff, very friendly and helpful. If ever I needed to stay near the airport, I would for sure use this great hotel again.

The employees were so warm, especially the first young lady that checked me in. She was so helpful and kind. I was able to check in a half an hour early which meant alot to me.
