DDouglas JamesWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.

GGuest UserThe good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy.
However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

HHUIHUAVery suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. There are 9 swimming pools, you can definitely find the place you want to lie down and relax. There is a long row of shopping festivals and small restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The Chinese boss behind the scenes is super enthusiastic about us every time we eat After sending a large glass of wine, take a 7-minute taxi ride from the center of the dunes

GGuest UserThe “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged..
Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to
mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning..

YYibushoujizoutianyaThe location of the hotel is good, more than ten minutes walk from the famous British beach. The back door of the hotel is a large market with shops and bars and restaurants. The room is quite large and clean. The breakfast is particularly rich and varied. Especially orange juice is completely squeezed! Must like 👍 In the evening, the hotel will hold a pool concert, and the female singer sings really well. The staff is very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help with the luggage. The restaurant staff is also very enthusiastic. The flaw is: the safe is not available for electricity, and the seat decoration is not in place: leaking.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber alles. Mein Zimmer im 5. Stock war sehr schön, Meersicht, mit kleinen Balkon.
Das Essen war vielfältig und hat gut geschmeckt, der Speisesaal ist recht gross, aber trotz vieler Leute wurde sehr schnell das alte Geschirr abgeräumt.
Eine klare Empfehlung von mir für dieses Hotel!
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft.
Und dann noch ein Empfehlung für eine schwedische Massage von Lourdes und ihrer Schwester, die im Hotel angeboten wird.
Es war toll!

NNancylovesyannThis is a four-star hotel, but it is really quite big with the five-star gap. First of all, it is all-inclusive. The orange juice seems to be orange juice powder. The food variety is less basic and there is no seafood. The pool is not big. Children run around and around. The service front desk was slow and the room was booked for a long time. I couldn't find the order number. I had to wait for a long time. The bathroom bath was also very small and very inconvenient. It is a few hundred yuan less than five stars, but the gap is still very large in all aspects, not very distinctive hotel

MMike RsExcellent laid back and friendly hotel with a wonderful pool and delicious breakfast. Location was 15 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very handy for airport transport on a good local bus service (line 66) room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower. Staff were obliging and kind. Will definitely return.

The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are large.
Disadvantages:
The cleaning service first thing in the morning is quite noisy, not precisely because of the noise of the appliances, but because the cleaners shout to talk. I consider it a lack of respect, professionalism and consideration for the people who have paid for a break violated by that bad attitude. It happened to me on a Sunday at 8.00am.
The breakfast, good fruit, but a lot of industrial and little native food abounds.
