GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

GGuest UserThe bedroom and living room are relatively spacious, and there is a large yard. The pool is on the lakeside outside the room. The room is facing east. The scenery is beautiful. It will not be sunbathed in the west. The pool is big and deep enough. The hot spring is a pure natural hot spring. Appointment, large amount, slightly salty, especially hot enough, it is too hot! Convenient parking, convenient transportation, there is a small village nearby, there is a local vegetable market, breakfast is delicious and cheap. The disadvantage is: the hot spring is really too hot. If you don't add frozen water, it will still be very hot for 3 hours, almost hot. You should set up a facility to cool the hot spring water for use. The bed and mattress in the room are of poor quality, cheap and hard. The furnishings are also lower-end. The pool is outside, the privacy is a bit poor, there are people renovating nearby, and you must wear swimsuits and swimming trunks. Located in a community, many similar homestays are not easy to find.

The front desk service was excellent; staff were proactive, warm, and very attentive, ensuring a great experience. However, the towels were quite old, with some frayed edges and a stiff, rough texture, which made me reluctant to use them.

GGuest UserDuring the Spring Festival and parents travel, the priority is to choose the supporting facilities and services. The main reason is that the parents can rest well. The booked parent-child room has also been upgraded to a room type. The living is more comfortable. The parents like it very much. The design of dry and wet separation in the washing area, the hotel is very close to the beach, just walk for 3 minutes. The location is in the center of the scenic spot, it is very convenient to travel, and there are fireworks on the beach at night. In fact, it is better to rest at night without directly relying on the sea. The soundproofing of the room is also good.
If you come back next time, you will choose again.

JJessie_QiuThe hot spring area is definitely a highlight! 👍 The water quality is crystal clear and feels very clean. The pools here are also quite large, and there's even a hot spring swimming pool. It's so pleasant and comfortable to swim in the warm hot spring pool when the weather is cold. The staff also frequently offer guests ginger tea. We also enjoyed camping at the Scarecrow Camp, where we had tea by the stove and made mud-baked chicken, which tasted really good. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

GGuest UserI stayed at Jinjiang Hotel on a business trip. It is very close to the highway exit and Taishan Station. There is a large free parking lot and charging stations. The hotel was newly renovated with a full set of new Chinese furniture and decorations. It has a bit of Southeast Asian style and is also very characteristic of the hometown of overseas Chinese. If you have time, take a walk around the area. There are many cultural and tourist check-in spots in the hometown of overseas Chinese. This hotel is highly recommended.

I originally booked a lake view room to see the scenery. I didn't expect the reservoir to drain the water, and there was a shallow beach left, speechless. However, the hotel's service is still very good, the front desk is very good, and we can help us solve the problem in time. It is breakfast, there is nothing to choose from, coffee is still fast 🙄, I hope to improve it.

GGuest UserThe soundproofing is terrible. There are KTVs on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I live on the 5th floor. When the KTV is on at night, I can hear it faintly on the 5th floor. You can imagine how bad the soundproofing is.
