GGuest UserThe service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. She was proactive, enthusiastic and friendly. She took the initiative to help us change to a bigger room. The room layout was reasonable, clean and odorless. The breakfast was rich with many varieties. The lady at the front desk also gave us a small gift when we checked out. I am happy. I recommend it. I recommend it.

WWenwen218The environment was nice. This was my second stay, but the front desk staff were a bit unprofessional at check-in. Zhang Jiangping's service in the guest rooms was excellent! My two children really enjoyed the bread-making and pottery activities. The evening fireworks display was a bit short. I hope the various activities can be enriched and improved.

GGuest UserThe room temperature is 29 degrees, because it is the central air-conditioning in winter, there is hot air, and because the window is on the side of the water world, the window is more humid and stuffy, ask the front desk to say that the window can make do with it. In addition, the TV even CCTV1 (non-HD) has to be filled with members to see it. There is no one. The room service also told me that there is no way, saying that maybe the hotel's IPTV account has expired. I feel that this hotel is not as good as a homestay.
