Bringing my child to Mount Taibai this time, choosing the Furongge Yunlan Hotel was absolutely the right decision – our experience was fantastic! 👍 We had a dedicated butler looking after us throughout our stay, from pre-arrival communication before we even left home to final check-out. The service was incredibly thoughtful. Before we set off, the butler proactively asked for our arrival time, made sure the room's air conditioning was on, and even arranged a welcome fruit platter. Once we checked in, no matter what we needed, they responded instantly to our messages. The attention to detail was exceptional. I must commend the hotel's complimentary photography service! The grounds are full of beautiful photo spots. The photographer was excellent at engaging with children, capturing really natural shots that looked great even without editing. We got so many heartwarming parent-child photos. There's also a gentle dog named Zhouzhou at the hotel, which my child absolutely adored. They spent the entire day chasing the dog around, which was a lovely, unexpected surprise for our holiday. In the evening, there's an atmospheric 'nightfall ceremony,' and the complimentary sweet tremella (snow fungus) porridge was a delightful bedtime treat. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was great. The heated swimming pool had clean water, and my child didn't want to leave! The room was spotless, and the bedding was super soft, making for a very comfortable rest. When we left, we even received a parting gift from the hotel. The butler was meticulous throughout our stay and even messaged us after we left to ensure we arrived home safely. This hotel is perfect whether you're bringing kids or specifically coming for a photo-op. 👍 I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Mount Taibai!

The environment is good, there are nine rooms in total, there are few people and beautiful and quiet, and the price is all included. You can take the wine casually, you can add it if you don't have enough food, the quality of the meal is good, the room supplies can be taken away, and the car wash is free. On weekends, small vacations, sitting in the yard, blowing a small wind, drinking a small wine, bubble hot springs, is a good choice for leisure.

The next day we went to Taibai Mountain and came down in the afternoon. We were in a hurry. The boss was very intimate. The exception gave us a lunch to pack and take it away. It was good to experience the thief.

I stayed during the May Day holiday, and the price had increased significantly. I paid the price of a star-rated hotel, but the service was vastly different! All the staff were extremely assertive, providing service entirely according to the hotel's rules and their own wishes. When cleaning the room, they opened the window without asking for the guest's permission, claiming it was for ventilation. The air conditioning in the guest rooms was practically useless; even at 16 degrees Celsius, it only blew air without cooling. The public areas, however, were very cool, clearly indicating that the hotel's air conditioning was not being used. Because I booked two rooms and stayed for several days, this was the situation every day. As for the restaurant, having traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, this was the first time I'd seen a restaurant door that wasn't closed until a minute past the appointed time. When guests asked why the door wasn't open, the staff either pretended not to hear (a common problem in this hotel) or said it wasn't time yet. The hotel's sign blatantly read ”4-star hotel”—is this industry standard? Let's talk about the restaurant staff. Due to the large number of guests, clearing and replacing plates was slow. Even when someone came to clear them, the staff pushed the food carts to the middle of the main aisle, prioritizing their own convenience while preventing other guests from passing through until the carts were cleared. It's truly baffling. In this current economic climate, where does your hotel's staff get the confidence to provide such service? Whether dining or using the hot springs, nothing was done with the guests' convenience in mind. We needed to get tickets and wristbands every day for both dining and hot springs, and the first thing the staff asked upon entering the restaurant and hot springs was, ”Where are the tickets?” We had to change into hotel slippers to go to the hot springs, regardless of age, and we never saw the slippers being disinfected during our stay. We also had to change into slippers to go to the basketball court. How can you play basketball in slippers? When we complained to the front desk, the staff told us we could wear slippers and carry our own shoes inside. Doesn't that sound ridiculous?

It's already very good in Huangbaiyu Town. The newly opened, the bosses are very good. Surrounded by mountains, the fog is very beautiful, and the air is very fresh. It rained heavily at night and helped sleep for one night, so it was healing.

The room was very clean, and the temperature was comfortable for winter. The hot spring water was at a great temperature, and the surroundings were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel right at home.

The stay experience exceeded expectations, the hotel location is very convenient, and it is convenient to travel and eat. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and the attitude was gentle and patient. The room was cleaned clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water is stable, and the spare parts are clean and odorless. The public area is clean and quiet, the supporting facilities are perfect, the price is very high, I will choose this next time I travel, it is highly recommended!
