As soon as I booked the room, I received a call from the housekeeper, who recorded my itinerary and various requirements in detail and made all arrangements. The hotel is all-inclusive, which is very comfortable. The details of the room are perfect, children and elders all have what they need, and they have a great time playing! Before leaving, the person in charge patiently asked for our opinions and suggestions. Anyway, I will definitely come here often in the future!

TTiantianmamaIt was a wise decision to choose Baoji Haitang Hotel for vacation this time! The Holiday Inn Superior Suite we stayed in was spacious and cozy. When the warm lights were turned on, the homey atmosphere was instantly created. The room facilities are very complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality.
The hotel's service was very considerate. Knowing that we were traveling with two adults and one child, they gave us an extra breakfast. The breakfast had a rich variety, including Chinese and Western styles, and we were very satisfied with the meal. The afternoon tea is also very good, with exquisite snacks and fragrant drinks, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing time in the room.
The location is also very good, there are many shopping malls and food streets around, and it is very convenient for traveling. Next time I come to Baoji, I will definitely choose this place again!

The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. It's incredibly good value for money, a top choice for a relaxing getaway, and definitely worth multiple visits. The environment is serene and quiet, with many hot spring pools, each with its own unique features and suitable water temperatures. The facilities are comprehensive. I had a comfortable stay and a pleasant soak. The staff were gentle and kind. The overall experience was fantastic, highly recommended!

EExpatBirthday in BaoJi: The Swisstouches Hot Spring Hotel property is nice and involves a Master Plan for “In Tang Dream Town” development. I enjoyed my room spa enough, but there are bath houses, steam rooms, and a spa. I chose to eat dinner in my room and kept to room service for breakfast.
The sleeping is comfortable and the walk with photos. There is a book room, cafe, and some restaurants. I saw a Lego store, but not a gift shop. Multitude of tea houses.
Stayed just one night. An hour from xX’an by train plus 30 minutes to drive. The car ride is 90 minutes from west Xi’an. Lots of families here and property investors. Decor is lovely, there’s shuttle service, and walking areas. Note: Construction in area. Culture block down the street open at night.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the stay experience was superb, and I would choose this one next time! Convenient location, go out to the business district, the room facilities are complete, the health is in place, the price is super high, it is recommended! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, the staff service is intimate and meticulous, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the stay is comfortable and comfortable, five-star praise!

CCameo19FYI, this hotel is not the Radisson, it’s called Landison, hope this gets updated on Trip. The hotel is quite large, the foyer is fancy with many statues and ornaments. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff left a small bowl of fruit, nice gesture. I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.

GGuest UserIt should be an old hotel with relatively complete facilities. Compared with the newly opened hotels, it is not smart enough. I have to complain that the toilet and wash are designed together. It is awkward to use the toilet and wash your face together. The smell is not good. Moreover, the toilet door is not closed carefully. (Sliding door) If it is not closed properly, the door will open by itself. There is a dressing mirror opposite the toilet, and you will live broadcast while using the toilet. But compared with the price of 524 during the May Day holiday, the cost performance is not very high. The price on Gaode map is more than 460. The difference between the two platforms is more than 60 yuan, which is quite outrageous.

GGuest UserThis was taken when I checked out. I stayed there for 3 consecutive nights. There is a snack street downstairs that is quite lively and has a nice environment. Breakfast upstairs is 10 yuan. The breakfast price is quite good for Jinjiang Star Hotel. There is no smell of smoke. There is a Xiaocui Saozi Noodles next to it but I didn't have time to try it. There is a rolled noodle skin opposite to the west which is also very good.

GGuest UserA particularly wow hotel! I accidentally came to this hot spring hotel with my friends. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic to help me recommend the room type and was very satisfied! That night, the waiter took me to the hot spring to clean the pool and put the water. Unlike other places do not know how long the water is water dare not enter the pool! There was a big sister in the room who saw that we were crowded and intimate. I took two more bottles of water and toiletries. I was very touched. The service didn't have to say. When I first entered the room, I was embarrassed to use the bed. I didn't know how to do it. Too professional! There is also ”small degree” to open the lights and open the curtains! When we left, we also gave us a bear keychain! The environment is good and clean. I will definitely come again if I have a chance!
