"It's easy to find in a dead end alley. There's a wall outside showing you how to get there. The kitchen is quite complete, the bathroom facilities are clean, and the cleaning staff is very conscientious. The public space is also large, and it's very relaxing to sit there. The hotel is in a good location, next to Guangzhou Restaurant (opened by foreigners, the rice is very salty, but the lamb chop rice is good) and Yuanqiwu (opened by Chinese, the noodles are good, the skewers are good), it is also convenient to go to the supermarket, the hotel breakfast is good in San Diego, very neutral and nothing special, the only bad thing is of course all the bad things about Ctrip hotels overseas, that is, they are stupidly familiar, the price will increase, it's outrageous... If you want to know more, please leave a message, the rooftop swimming pool is very small, I don't know how often the water is changed, I didn't dare to go down

my personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times
aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick.
It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

Alexey NikulinGood quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

Guest UserThe hotel service was impeccable. All the staff were very nice and friendly, and the view was fantastic. However, the accommodations were undeniably old and worn. The shower was fixed, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The breakfast was also rather simple, consisting of only bread. Other than that, the location was excellent, as it was close to the airport.

Amazing hotel, I liked absolutely everything! I lived on the 18th floor in room 1803, absolutely stunning view from the window of the Andes and the city, I enjoyed every day at the hotel! Cleanliness, great breakfast, although not enough hot food, but this is compensated by wonderful cheeses and fruits. Perfect location. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant - everything was very tasty, good selection of wine. Warm pool on the 20th floor, gym. Very friendly staff. I recommend the hotel for a stay in Santiago and will be happy to come back again! Thank you for the wonderful welcome! ❤️❤️❤️

Old hotel. Some of the amenities need an updating. Rooms are spacious but acoustics is very bad. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, sometimes too early in the morning.

谈The room and hotel were very clean, and the Providencia neighborhood was a great place to stay. The hotel is close to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping, and it felt very safe. The staff were extremely helpful, and the WiFi were amazing. Also, the bed was super comfy.In the room there was an air conditioner that was old and huge and very loud. I couldnt sleep half the time and that is not what you expect from a $150 a night hotel. I will not be going back ever again.
