"Very good: Breakfast ( even coffee half-was not common in most hotels ) / reception
Location: locked between railway ( there is rarely a train and there are 3 discs of glasses ) and highly driven road,
Guide also with tram line 4 possible, this does not drive ”permanent”, i.e. if necessary, a few minutes direction jakumini go, then there are also the 5s to select
Mess very close, gy. also savings, McDonalds, etc.
Rooms: doors foolish - you have to throw them super noise, otherwise you can't go
there is no bathroom door - also somewhat unusual - suspected space saving concept, recommend rooms to the quieter side of the railway
When you are on public road - at certain times you can certainly go superflott to the main railway station, but think only 1x per hour"

"The hotel was located very close to the main railway station., just about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel looked very new and most facilities looked like new. Nevertheless the standard room assigned to me was quite small."

"Very interesting hotel in ancient style. In the city center and walking access to all major sights. Welcome staff. Good breakfast, in a cozy restaurant. There is a teapot and coffee maker in the room, but there was no drinking water. The room was with jacuzzi, but we couldn't turn it on. In general, everything was great, we recommend!"

The hotel is very conveniently located, with excellent transportation links, making travel very easy. The room was very clean and tidy, with no odors. It was a comfortable stay, and the value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for both travel and short business trips.

The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. GGuest UserA beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings.
The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again.

Wi-Fi incl. , ordinary refrigerator with glass door. Fun mattress and beddeck, clean modern bathroom, as the whole hotel is still quite new. Lift to the half-day.
My reservation about Trip.com arrives on ******* in the hotel, which is why there were irritations about the parking place that was identified as free.
But it was proactively cared for, so that misunderstandings should not occur in the future. I even received the parking fee back and had not to pay the pick-up from the minibar, which would really have not been necessary. Every time again.

FFANGI deliberately chose this historic hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the interior is beautiful, the room and bathroom are large, and the refrigerator in the room is still a keyed one, which is especially old-fashioned. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, very close to the attractions, within walking distance.

JJKMüllerThe hotel and especially the rooms have come very into the years. The rooms are very rudimentary and simple. The beds are permeated and sneak at every movement very noisy. The air conditioning was very noisy, so it could not be operated during the night. For the shower gel just stood a bottle on the ground in the shower..

MMaxim.MThe Hotel is located right at the center, with everything in the walking distance. There's a great gym and nice sauna (unfortunately without a pool). Rooms are spacious and modern. The Staff is amazing, we felt welcome at every moment. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant was open even on Christmas eve. Overall I will highly recommend the Hotel.
One tip: Nearby parking is expensive: it's best to use free P&R which is ~30 min by bus.

GGuest UserVery clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.
