GGuest UserIt was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

GGuest UserWonderful trip for relaxing. Room was better than most, quite large and comfortable. Breakfast daily was above average with great flavor. Roof top bar was an excellent place for cold beverage . The service retrieving your vehicle was very quick. All the employees seemed to like their job and they were friendly and helpful. We will certainly return in the future.

GGuest UserFor a hotel without breakfast, this was an excellent overnight stay: very clean room, pool by the roadside, very friendly receptionist, parking at the room. Top value for money! Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy breakfast in the DOS Café next door. Not far from the historic Augustine!
