"A very disappointing stay. The hotel is an older place and it seems tired. The carpets are in need of shampooing, the bathrooms are in need of updating, and the appliances, I.e. fridge needs to be replaced. When we checked in, it seemed as if our room was barely touched. There was still toothpaste residue on the mirror in the bathroom, a sure sign that the cleaner just walked in and walked out. The fridge in our room couldn’t be used because it was being defrosted, which leaked out onto the carpet, so there was a wet spot to avoid our entire stay. When we turned on the shower, the entire fixtures moved, the handle, the faucet, the shower head. And speaking of turning on, when we turned the sink on there was water leaking on to the floor, insane. The one thing that kinda put me over the edge though, was the coffee service. It was kept in the bathroom; why the bathroom, that just seems odd to me. It’s as if The Radisson wasn’t even trying with this place. They bought it, slapped a coat of paint on it and called it good. Very disappointed The only saving grace for this place is the staff. They were quite friendly and helpful. Without them I would have just canceled my stay and took my business elsewhere."

"Wonderful trip for relaxing. Room was better than most, quite large and comfortable. Breakfast daily was above average with great flavor. Roof top bar was an excellent place for cold beverage . The service retrieving your vehicle was very quick. All the employees seemed to like their job and they were friendly and helpful. We will certainly return in the future."
