Amazing
GGuest UserI don’t write reviews often. I will say I was not impressed with this stay first of all the master bedroom door would not shut all the way nor would it lock so it kept constantly opening the air at night would turn off, even though we set it on 71 and it would get very hot at night it was not comfortable to sleep. Also, the room that I originally booked, which was a two bedroom suite with king beds in both rooms, they told me upon checking in that they no longer had that room, but they upgraded me to a better room. However, the room that they put us in, the living room was much much smaller like the size of a postage stamp and was not comfortable to hang out, and there was more room in the entryway in hallway then there was in the rest of the room. The waitresses we had at the pool were not friendly nor accommodating so overall I would say that this day was not that great and I would probably not come back for the price tag. I spent $1100 with Florida discount to stay one night it was not worth it
GGuest UserAmazing location. Very comfy beds. Pool is way too small for the size of hotel. The pool’s accessibility chair was not working, which was a big disappointment.
MM18242****1. The location is very good, a minute walk across the street is the beach. And there are everything in the restaurants and shops around, remember that the crab mushrooms and shrimps in a coco bar & restaurant next to it are so delicious!
2. Clean and hygienic, the house is very new, the hotel is small and small, the bedding is very comfortable, the swimming pool and some are very good.
3. The lack of facilities is that there is no elevator. It is really inconvenient to take a suitcase on the second floor. The staff did not say to help you take it up.
4. Service attitude is polite and generous, but you can't talk about how enthusiastic you want.
Overall, this location and the overall comfort of this hotel are still good at this price.
GGuest UserA very superior and modern hotel with a European standard. The hotel is very chic and modern. The lobby looks very inviting.
The rooms are extremely clean and really spacious. The shower and the beds are extremely high quality.
Each room has a seamless floor-to-ceiling window with panoramic views.
The valet service is very polite and does a great job. Valet parking costs around 30 euros.
You can walk to the beach within 5 minutes.
GGuest UserThe hotel experience/accommodations overall were good. However, the reservations I made included breakfast for two for two days, and it was awkward to acquire the breakfast portion of my reservation. Instead, the hotel gave me a $20.00 per day credit for one guest for breakfast. Also upon check-out, I was not provided a room receipt - so I am not sure what to use for my expense report, and I do not know what I have been actually charged for. This reservation arrangement was not what I expected and I doubt very seriously if I will use this service again. It was embarrassing and I am especially uncomfortable with what I will be charged.
GGregory SomozaMy husband and I booked a vacation at the Bilmar in treasure island and we loved it! Heather and Viola at the front desk were a pleasure! Heather went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, and the beach and pool was amazing.
Mike and Louis, the bartenders at Sloppy Joe’s and Waves were awesome. From the staff to the resort and location everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return!
And do not miss the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!

GGuest UserWe really liked the location and design. However, we noted there was no bedspread on the bed, the floor was sticky, refridgerator did not work, the shower floor had massive hair in it creating the water to back up, the towels were small and thin, and there was no parking option other than valet costing an unplanned expense. We were told there would be robes in the room but there were not. We were told we would have a gulf view but had to crank our heads way to the side to see it. We informed the desk and all they said was they would inform housekeeping. There was nothing luxury about this as it seemed basic. The resturant was not ready yet. We had coffee only which was good. Very disappointing experience otherwise.
GGuest UserPerfect place for families or couples wanting to do lots of activities. The resort offers a variety of things. Similar to a cruise ship. Perfect location.
Issues were the laundry not working on the ground level and the plumbing from the upstairs unit was horrifically loud. The neighbours like to shower at 5am, it wasn’t ideal. Air con was super loud, bed was broken and the groundskeeper likes to use his petrol powered blower at 8am too.
It was a fun place to be though.

Good
GGuest UserChecked in at 350 and the room wasn’t ready. I asked the lady if she was sure it wasn’t ready. We ended up going to the beach until room was ready. At 400 the room was ready, when we had already gone to the beach. Had to go back to the lobby and waited a while in line to get room key. They gave us late check out for noon time the next day. Fast forward the next day, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9am. They wanted to know when we were leaving. I told them not yet. At 10am they came around again, checking to see if we had left. Didnt give me a chance to speak to the lady since she was In a rush. At 11am once again they came around wanting to check if we had left. I told the housekeeper that we had late check out and to please stop rushing us to leave. She apologized but at this point I was annoyed. This location needs a lot of renovation, maintenance on the pool and re-training!

SShayna0Loved our stay here, we booked some other place as we arrived in to town 1 day and they didn't have space but the other place was awful. Sirata staff were so friendly, we loved the bicycles to ride around, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We only stayed 3 days but from what we saw the entertainment was fun. Good tio
