"I had read some reviews expressing concerns about insects and cleanliness, but the room I stayed in (on the 3rd floor) seemed to have been renovated two weeks prior, as the furniture was new and the room was very clean. The breakfast was also delicious and more than sufficient for a free selection."

"The staff was great and very helpful, especially Randy as others have stated.  The location was also great.  However, one of the windows were broken in the room (on the 11th floor) and the cleaning service was terrible.  Upon arrival, we didn't even have hand soap in our room.  They don't clean at all, not even the bathroom nor vacuum.  They just take out the garbage and replace towels.  We didn't even get refreshed supplies like toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc.  Most times we had to get our towels and soap from the front desk on our way in and carry it all up to our room."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Florida. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient, just off the highway, making it easy to reach and a great base for traveling around. The breakfast, including good coffee, was better than expected and a nice bonus to start the day. Overall, we would happily stay here again!"
