"Mercy people are really good 😭 English is also very good communication super smooth, breakfast is simple, sometimes a good vegetable soup:) The room and the hotel are very clean, 24h hot bath. My boyfriend was sick and went to the hospital. We delayed it for more than seven hours before checking out and charged an extra 20 knives. In addition to the bumpy road to the hotel, there is nothing bad, the location is convenient, arusha is not big to go anywhere is a taxi for ten or twenty minutes, bolt is very convenient! In short, recommended!

We stayed at this place at the start and come back to stay at the end of our trip. The hotel is very clean. Service was great. Foods are delicious. There are 3 restaurants to choose from. Overall I’d recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay because the staff were very friendly and nice. They were very clean not just my room but the whole place. The swimming pool and the yard were always spotless. They are constantly cleaning and watering the plants and scrubbing the edges of the walls. It was just a pleasure to stay there.

The facilities are super old, the service is still OK, in this small place, you can't choose anything, it is OK, foreigners stay more. Looking forward to improving the comfort of living.

Great place to spend couple days in calm and relaxing environment. We spent only one night here after arrival to Arusha and before starting our safari. I wish we had more days here. We stayed in villa which is big enough for family of four, it was equipped with everything we needed. There also was a private pool in the villa but we did not use it is it was quite cool. Nice breakfast was included into cost of accommodation so we got enough energy to start our safari then.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Arusha. You. can walk around the area to get a feel of this vibrant city. It’s walking distance to Shoppers Super Market, Mr Wang Chinese restaurant, and a few Bristol’s and cafes. The room rate is reasonable, the room is clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

It is a very beautiful hotel. The room is large and there is no mosquito worry. Wi-Fi was also connected in the room and it was very comfortable.
The bathtub was also jacuzzi, but unfortunately it was broken (it didn't matter to me because it was enough in the shower)
Breakfast is better not to expect that.
