Hotels with balcony in Davao City

I enjoyed a relaxing stay in a location surrounded by nature. However, for a hotel in this price range, I usually expect two bottles of mineral water and a refrigerator in the room. Here, there was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the shower water temperature was too low, so I couldn't take a hot shower.

Delivers in all the ways it promised. This is my third time staying here and it's quickly becoming my go to stay when I'm in Davao. Location? Chef's kiss. It's located right in the heart of the city. It's only a couple hundred meters from Abreeza and one jeepney ride away from the other malls (GMall, SM Lanang and SM Ecoland). Check-in is convenient and quick. The unit itself has been very clean in the three times I've been there. Guests check out regularly so the room usually gets cleaned daily. Privacy hasn't been an issue with the privacy curtains. I really appreciate the study space as well, particularly the chair. It's a very comfortable chair. Airconditioner is working perfectly. There's a balcony if you need to hang clothes out in the sun. Favorite place in the room is the bathroom. Clean bathroom with a bidet, plus heated shower and faucet. Of course, there are trade offs in the sense that you don't have absolute privacy and you have to tread lightly for other guests which is expected for the price. Absolutely best value for money in all the places I've stayed at in the city.

The condotel exceeded all expectations. Immaculately clean, well-appointed rooms with modern amenities and stunning views. The owner was friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out seamless. Prime location near key attractions, perfect for both relaxation and exploration. Excellent value for money—highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience.

The owner is so generous and kind they allowa us to check in early because we arrive 8am and we have time to sleep they have food and drinks also and the place is peaceful and relaxing. Very good services.

The place was splendid! Located close to many good restaurants, SNR and MTS. The pool was really good for adults and the place was well kept. Just don't forget to bring a toothbrush. Hehe. We loved the junior suite!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was very comfortable, and cozy, and close to the Shops. The facilities were great, and the location was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. The host was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next vacation. At first, I thought it might be a bit weird, but I like how clean and clean it is, and I like it even more because my privacy is protected. And I plan to use it again next time.
