"Location was convenient for travelling around Nago. The pool had no water when we were there but there was good seating in the area. There were multiple spaces where there is free flow of alcohol and non alcoholic drinks, choice of peanuts and popcorn. There were game machines and a pool table on the 11th floor. In the middle of the grounds were also seating areas to enjoy the night air. Being located across from a beach is another attractive point. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance and also a Family Mart just right across the hotel. The room is fabulous and well equipped with a nice bath."

"A great value stay for those on a budget—room are small but clean with the bonus of free parking. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and just across from the beach. The lunch buffet is a fantastic deal with good foodl. The hotel also offers coin laundry which is perfect for traveling light along with a microwave for heating up supermarket or convenience store meals. The hotel also not far from the tourist attractions."

"Spacious room with all the home amenities you need like dryer, washer, stove. Shower pressure strength was great with hot option. Bed was comfy though could be better with a spare pillow. Lawson and 711 within 100m of hotel and parking is free. Walking distance to Fruit land and Pineapple land, so it's pretty convenient. To Nago area is about 7-10mins drive To sea aquarium is about 20-30mins drive"

"This was our 3rd stay here since the pandemic and it remains the one and only Best Western we ever visit. The hotel consistently offers fantastic value for money, spacious and clean rooms, and an incredible beach view. What really made this trip stand out, though, was the exceptional service from front desk staff Yuki. When we ran into an issue right after check-in, he resolved it instantly. Later on, we encountered a stressful situation locally, Yuki really stepped up to help us handle it. He went completely above and beyond his duties to ensure our holiday wasn’t ruined. It is staff members like Yuki who keep us returning every year. Highly recommended!"

Convenient self-service facilities: · Transportation and Life: Plenty of parking locations are extremely friendly to self-driving tourists. · Cooking freedom: Equipped with an induction cooker for easy home cooking, suitable for families or long stays. · Convenient washing: Washing machine, dryer and ample drying space are all available, solving the laundry needs of long trips. 2. Private and autonomous check-in mode: · Self-service check-in throughout the process, without frequent contact with the front desk, provides an undisturbed environment. · Continuous stay without cleaning ensures privacy and is suitable for travelers who do not like outsiders entering and exiting the room. Disadvantages 1. Insufficient spare parts: Not having enough shower gel during your stay and needing to handle it yourself is the main service shortcoming that affects your stay experience. 2. Strict check-out rules: · Check-out has to be completed earlier than 10pm and “late check-out costs extra”, lack of flexibility. 3. The check-in procedure is slightly cumbersome: · Video staff is required to confirm that although the occupants mosquitoes are a management need, the family does not feel convenient enough. Integrated Evaluation and Recommendations This accommodation is more suitable for budget travelers, long-term stayers, self-drive families or a group of friends who can make the most of the kitchen and bathroom facilities and don’t mind self-service. Not recommended for: Traditional vacationers looking for comfortable service, daily cleaning, and leisure facilities such as a hot spring."

"旅館位於巴士站（大中站、120路經過）、名護漁港附近，前往那霸很方便。 房間充滿當地漁港風情，房間、公區、共用洗手間都很乾凈。廚房和大堂氛圍很好，有錄像帶、漫畫、日文書等可供娛樂。 工作人員熱情、樂於助人，英文、普通話溝通流暢。 房間隔音是普通日本民居程度，但大家晚上很有素質、沒有吵鬧的情況。"

"The location of our guesthouse was incredibly convenient, situated on a side street of Nago's main street. It offered excellent amenities, with supermarkets nearby for daily necessities and the popular Donmu Ramen – a must-try! Furthermore, the guesthouse was close to nearby attractions, such as the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island, all within a 30-minute drive, a huge plus for planning our itinerary. Our room type was very comfortable. The first floor had three bedrooms and a separate bathroom/toilet; the second floor featured a living room, an open kitchen, and a family room, also with a separate bathroom/toilet. The guesthouse provided a washing machine and dryer, which was incredibly convenient for us as we needed to do laundry during our trip. We cooked our own breakfast and dinner in the kitchen, using groceries to prepare simple late-night snacks and breakfasts. We chatted and laughed together, creating a very warm and cozy atmosphere. In the mornings, we could also go for a run along the nearby coastline, breathing in the fresh air and relaxing both body and mind. We stayed for two nights, and this guesthouse made our entire trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!"
