"excellent property helpful staff manager Varun was promt in his service but the room condition was not very good , it needs maintenance on day 1 I had to change the room as there were spiders in the pillow on 3rd day there was a big spider coming out of the false ceiling ..other amenities are fine , food was good but only point which needs attention is the maintenance and housekeeping the bed linen needs attention"

"I have booked a premium room for three nights. The room was clean with a mountain view from the balcony. I have opted for map. The quality of the food was good with varieties in breakfast buffet. They don't serve the dinner as buffet but you can order it and take it in your room or in the restaurant itself. Hotel location is also fine not far from the city centre. Hotel staff is also trained and helpful."

Recently, I visited Dalhousie but forgot to reserve a stay. fortunately, One of my friends recommended a nearby hotel, none other than DLS Nature Trinket Resort. I booked it through the Make My Trip website and easily reserved my stay. I was amazed that their luxury meets the comfort of home. This resort hotel truly won my heart with its special warm welcome and 24/7 customer support. The resort made my staycation remarkable, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

The final stretch of reaching the hotel from lakadh mandi to kala top via car was a nightmare. As the road condition was pathetic and very narrow road. Only experienced drivers should go there. Reaching the hotel from parking is also very difficult especially for elderly and with small kids. Rest the hotel and the staff was good.
