"Arrived in the middle of the night due to the convenience of the plane. I went without knowing that check-in was until 22:00, and I was inconvenient, but I managed to guide me to the room and I was able to spend a comfortable time.

There was no sign (just not found?) The entrance was so dark that it took me a while to reach it. If you go early, there may be no problem at all.
Since it was Saturday night, there were clubs nearby in the center of Zagreb, and the trams were moving late and it was in a city where I couldn't sleep, so it might be perfect for checking in early and playing outside. no!"

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water.
The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by.
Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away.
I would definitely stay here again!

Guest UserHad a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the location is ideal, close to the city center. Just a small downside regarding the buffet: the dishes were good, but they weren't refilled, which meant you couldn't always go back for more. We should have just ordered a meal directly instead.

VC88Overall it was a great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, only five to ten minutes walk from the square where all the attractions are located. It is about 20 to 30 minutes walk from the main train station. The room is clean and is equipped with free coffee and tea. I did not take the breakfast since they are readily available in the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
Perhaps the only downside is that it is right in front of a tram line which can be a little noisy. But the hotel has double glazed windows, with an additional front panel. Hence no worries in getting a peaceful sleep. Highly recommended.

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room.
The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone.
Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

I liked it, idk about location, I had a car. Plenty of parking in the back with a nice view from up hill.
Big Fridge in the shared kitchen at ground floor and with freezer so you are able to put your blue icy box for the travel box.
Croatian uber drivers are super speeders so take a throw up bag with you

Anthony CanuckThe hote is an excellent location in central Zagreb. The rooms facing the street are really large and quite nice. There is a nice roof-top patio with views of some of the sites of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.
