This might be the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at. When I checked in, I told them my friend was sick and asked if we could have a double bed instead of a single one. They immediately offered to give us an extra room for free – it was so kind! Plus, my friend needed to be at the airport at 4 AM, and they kindly drove us there and even set an alarm to wake us up so we wouldn't miss our flight. The food was delicious, the room was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We also drank delicious Lao Ban Zhang tea all day and even took four slices home with us – it was totally worth it. I will definitely come back, again and again.

It was truly an outstanding experience. Mr. Xu ended up driving us around for our entire stay - from tea stores to local Dai village, till sending us to the train station. We tasted amazing teas, tried local foods, made tea cakes, went to see ancient tea tree with him; he even invited us to dinner with his friends. Breakfast is amazing with view of clouds; the restaurant in the hotel has really good food. Fruit plate every afternoon; tea tasting with Jiangjiang, a Laobanzhang tea expert. We leaned so much about puer tea and tasted some of the best puer teas in the region. One of the most unforgettable stay ever for us and we are so grateful!

I have always wanted to have a tea trip, so our first stop in Xishuangbanna was Nannuo Mountain. After checking a lot of information online, we found that the Tea House B&B was on Nannuo Mountain, and the boss could take us around the tea mountain according to the reviews. So we contacted the boss on the bus passing Xishuangbanna. After getting the affirmation, we got off the high-speed rail station at around 8 o'clock in the evening and rented a car to drive here without eating. It was around 9 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the B&B. The boss and his wife were very enthusiastic. When they learned that we had not eaten, the boss's wife personally cooked rice noodles for us. This was the best and most authentic Yunnan rice noodles we had eaten in Yunnan for more than a week. After that, the boss also entertained us with his own ancient tree tea, introduced us to the local tea and customs and culture, and probably because it was off-season, he also upgraded my room type for free. The next day, the boss arranged breakfast and lunch for free. The hospitality of the boss and his wife and the family-like treatment made us feel warm and felt that we had taken advantage of it. On the second day, the boss drove us to visit the first ancient tree, invited us to taste authentic tea eggs, reserved a basket of tea for us to experience tea frying, and arranged the itinerary clearly. Suddenly we had an illusion that we were not here to stay, but more like to come to a tea house. In addition to thanks, thanks! Let's get back to the point: 1. Facilities: The room facilities are complete and everything is available. It seems that it was renovated last year, which is very suitable for people like us who have high requirements for accommodation. (Note: We have always chosen newer and highly rated hotels and have never tried to step on pits) 2. Hygiene: Clean and neat. 3. Environment: Elegant and quiet. The room we stayed in has a balcony. When we opened the door, we could see the mountain. In the morning, the mountain was surrounded by fog, and it felt like we had strayed into a fairyland! 4. Service: The boss's family is honest and simple, and treats people sincerely and warmly. People don't feel that they are running a homestay, but entertaining family and friends. I really worry that they will suffer if they continue like this. In general, this was a very pleasant ”stay” experience, but the time was short. Nannuo Mountain has beautiful mountains, beautiful scenery, good people and good tea, which makes people linger. I will come again next year. I wish the boss a prosperous business and a safe and smooth life! ! There are still many things I haven't said, so I will leave them for next time!

Facilities: The homestay here is the villa owner who bought the house to be hosted for use as a homestay. The park is very large, but many houses are still under construction, there are not many people, and it is relatively desolate, but the park also has supporting love manor and golf courses. The housekeeper gave the owner card and could go to the love manor to see the peacock for free. The only thing that may be a bit troublesome is that the bath is an electric water heater. In order to prevent others from taking a bath without hot water, they cannot take a bath at the same time. As a homestay, the price/performance ratio is quite high. Hygienic: The sanitation of the homestay must not be benchmarked against the hotel, but overall it is good. After staying for two days, the room cleaning was done the next day. The bedding was very comfortable and clean. Environment: The environment is quite good, it is relatively desolate, and the walk is still very comfortable. Service: The service must be praised, on call, what needs to be responded immediately, and we have upgraded the room type, which is really good.

I stayed 3 nights and would love to have stayed more! I came for the tea and could not be happier with my experience. I learned a ton about how pu’er tea is made and graded and marketed and sold. My hosts were super-nice - they treated me like family. Special thanks to Abu, whose singing is nothing short of angelic. When she sang during my check-in I was amazed but worried that locals were expected to sing for guests. But a highlight of my stay - of my entire trip to China - was listening to her sing when she was working around the guesthouse and thought no one was listening. A quick piece of advice for new guests: get out and explore the local village/market/mountain. There’s so much to see here, and your hosts are proud of their community and culture and will help you appreciate it.

Where do I start? What an incredible hotel and great hospitality especially from 小姚 in the bar. We wanted espresso martinis, which were off menu, and he learnt very quickly how to make a tasty espresso martini. The hotel provides lovely amenities and daily activities. The swimming pool is a real photo opportunity as it’s an infinity pool and you are surrounded by beautiful scenery. The bar has the best views and very chilled. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable and free dessert was offered on the first night.

STRONG ADVOCATES! Stunning experience with a Bulang family. We stayed in the quaint guesthouse in the standalone suite with two double bed rooms and a sweet balcony and tea table. The design is soothing and surrounding nature is a welcomed change for city dwellers. That said, one has to be ready for this proximity to nature (mosquito repellent and ear plugs for early rooster crows). It was the perfect start to our exploration in Yunnan as the host and her brother’s family took us under their wing to show us the tea plantation, roasting, and how to appreciate the local teas. This truly was a most beautiful experience of the warmest hospitality and such vivid insights about the community and stories of development that has been experienced. We learnt so much about the tea varieties and traditions here, giving us anthropological insights and inspiring stories of resilience and growth. The village is well sized for walking around to the tea plantation, temple, cultural museum, and sunset lookout. Do give yourself a couple of days here at least.

The B&B is located at the Xingguang Night Market by the Liusha River. The design style of the room and all the items and furniture in the room show the owner's care. There are two other suggestions. Suggestion 1: Install a TV in the room, because the guests staying here are not necessarily young guests who play with mobile phones, but may be elderly people who are used to watching TV. 2. It will be very hot in the summer, so it is recommended to equip it with a small refrigerator. Everything else is great~ The front desk guy and the sanitation waiter are very warm and polite, and will greet politely. There are no watermarks on the hardware in the bathroom, and the hygiene is very good. If I have the opportunity to come to Menghai again, I will give priority to staying here.

The hotel is on the riverside, the scenery is beautiful, the room is very clean, and the key is big, the king of the same price, no smell, it is very local decoration, there is an underground parking lot, super convenient, and it is also very close to the barbecue street. It takes 7 minutes to drive there, or you can shake it. The key point is that the service is really good, the boss is also super good, we are driving the Yunnan Great Ring Line, it is already 12 o'clock in the evening to the hotel, the hotel has booked more, booked the wrong day, so late the boss also coordinated to help us solve it. The room is clean and the room layout is reasonable. The supporting facilities in the room are complete and the quality is online. The two beds are medium in size. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the whole process from check-in to check-out is patient and meticulous.
