The front desk lady was incredibly warm and attentive, even recommending local delicacies and sightseeing routes. The lobby had a good selection of local Puer tea, and there were complimentary tea sets available, along with free-flowing coffee and black tea. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay and offered excellent value for money."

It was an authentic and unforgettable experience. For my birthday 🎂🎈, the hotel arranged a beautifully decorated table with flowers, a white tablecloth, and balloons. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The tea ceremony, including tea tasting and learning about tea preparation, was an exclusive and memorable experience. Everything at this hotel is designed to make guests feel special, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to Thea [愉快], who accompanied us throughout our stay and took exceptional care of our comfort and well-being. The beautiful birthday decoration in our room, along with the flowers and complimentary birthday cake gifted by the hotel, made me feel truly happy and appreciated. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious—every meal was outstanding. I recommend XISHUANGBANNA MUKELAN HOTEL 200%! "A homestay located in Mengbala International Resort, with two floors and three rooms in total. The room type is a little different from the one on the platform, with two 1.8-meter beds and one 1.5-meter bed. The basic facilities are relatively complete, but there is a problem with the air conditioning. There is no way to sleep in one room at night, and the hot water is not enough, and the temperature is a bit insufficient. The housekeeper is very considerate and came to help check in the middle of the night, but unfortunately the problem was not solved, which is a bit regrettable. Breakfast is in a restaurant by the lake. Although it is simple, the view is excellent and the taste is pretty good. You can also provide a free owner card to visit the Mengbala International Resort next to it. The scenery is also pretty good. It would be perfect if the hardware equipment of the homestay could be improved."
