The hotel is very family friendly with a large indoor play center and beautiful playground outside. The spa area is great! You can't beat the location, located ajacent to the train station and a 10 minute ride from Locarno. The price reduction for the Thermal in Locarno and Ticino Ticket are nice perks. All around great experience!
