GGuest UserThe hotel is very family friendly with a large indoor play center and beautiful playground outside. The spa area is great! You can't beat the location, located ajacent to the train station and a 10 minute ride from Locarno. The price reduction for the Thermal in Locarno and Ticino Ticket are nice perks. All around great experience!

TTien VySplendid hotel with a breathtaking view of the lake, impeccable service from the receptionist, the staff are courteous and the manager of the establishment is very friendly. I recommend this magnificent hotel and I will gladly return 👍🏻.

MMinn NasbhissaNice hotel 15 min walking from train station but bus stop is in front of hotel. Overall r good and nice breakfast. With warm services.
