Location is good, and within Walking distance to tram station. It’s a serviced apartment style , but it doesn’t provide change of towel and cleaning service during our several days stay. All towels enough for our stay are given on our day one. Also, the shampoo and bath cleanser provided are only enough for one day use, and we need to buy whatever needed downstairs at convenience store. The room has a spectacular dockhand view. You need to get the room key at a shop across the street. Overall, the experience is good.

The location is very convenient, but because you don't have a front desk, be sure to book your check-in time in advance.

It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . .

The place was good and clean... So comfort also..

Location of the property was perfect. The building is well maintained. However I had a problem with the security deposit or Bond. The hotel said they refunded. But it was untrue. Next time pls allow cash security payment like most established operators do in this world. Somehow they kept spinning their stories. I lost my bond $.

It is not official for the hotel, it may be just a unit owner or long-term tenant, and then sublet to tourists. Before I came over, I had already connected. I planned to pay the deposit when I arrived. When I arrived, I found that I was not in the hotel. I asked for a long time. I used the link to pay the deposit. The other party only sent a short message to explain how to electronic self-service check-in. I lived in Melbourne for several wine points. No one asked for a deposit. Really need and should come over to collect cash and return it immediately when leaving.

The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home.
