Pros Really clean and tidy room with almost everything. They even have rice cooker, first one I came across in Australia accommodation. Adequate supply of dishwasher and cleaning detergent. Reception was very nice, keep in touch via email prior to our stay. You can contact them by phone or WhatsApp and they will assist asap. View was great. Parking was secure. Cons: Rooms a bit small for a 3 bedroom and comfortable for my children. There's no daily room service, we have to clear all the rubbish ourselves and load the dishes in the dishwasher before we check out. The staffs only available 9-6pm, so if there's late check in or out, better contact them beforehand.

It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . .

Although I had been asked to pay $300 deposit one day earlier, I needed to enter the credit card information according to the link provided by email to pay the deposit. It was a bit unsafe. Although the deposit was refunded after the deposit, it also eroded the exchange rate difference. Generally, companies will only hold credit but not count. It is not official for the hotel, it may be just a unit owner or long-term tenant, and then sublet to tourists. Before I came over, I had already connected. I planned to pay the deposit when I arrived. When I arrived, I found that I was not in the hotel. I asked for a long time. I used the link to pay the deposit. The other party only sent a short message to explain how to electronic self-service check-in. I lived in Melbourne for several wine points. No one asked for a deposit. Really need and should come over to collect cash and return it immediately when leaving.

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!

It's a serviced apartment with basically no services. If you stay for a long time and prepare to cook your own food, you can. There are large supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets nearby. You can clean the bathroom yourself, wash the bath towels yourself, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine, which is also convenient.
