"Great hotel, probably with the best breakfast we had on our trip to Kazakhstan. There was a huge selection and everything was always replenished. Our room was very large, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping came daily. The pool is adequate and has a good temperature. Additionally, there are separate saunas for men and women, which could be used during regular hours. It takes 30-45 minutes to get to the airport, depending on traffic. To get to the center of Astana, you can only go by taxi or car; it's too far to walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt completely at ease."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was quite spacious and offered a nice view. There was a alcove with a table where coffee/tea/water (1 bottle) and a kettle were available. The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower. Issue 1: The strange thing was that the partition between the room and the bathroom was made of glass, and there was only one curtain on the bathroom side. There should have been two curtains. Therefore, a person in the bathroom could always be seen from the room. Issue 2: There was only one towel, one pair of slippers, and one bathrobe in the room, which is odd for a double room. After a complaint, we received a second set. The staff member looked at the curtain, shrugged, and left. After complaining again, we were promised that the curtain issue would be resolved the next day at 9 a.m. Issue 3: It was warm in the room, and we couldn't get the temperature lower than 26 degrees, while the outside temperature remained below 20 degrees all days. The next evening, nothing had been done about the curtain. And again, there was only one towel. The second pair of (unused) slippers had even been removed. After insisting, we were given another room, almost identical to the first but with two curtains in the bathroom. In this new room, it was again warmer than 26 degrees, despite keeping the window open all day and night. The air conditioning only provided warm air, which seemed intentional. On the third day, there was again only one towel. After complaining, a second towel was supposed to be brought, but this only happened after we complained again. Only on the last day did we receive two towels. The first bed slept well, the second bed was okay but quite hard. The location of the hotel is not great, just a bit too far from the center. There were only a few restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was okay, but at 7 a.m., not everything was available, and later in the morning, not everything was replenished. It was noticeable that the hotel in Almaty, from the same chain, was very good."

"The hotel is located on the right bank, in a residential area. The receptionists are polite and competent, and we had no problems checking in. Pros: The room is large, comfortable for 2-3 people. Huge balcony! I wish there were more chairs... The hotel spa is excellent, we had a wonderful time, I recommend a massage or the full spa program. Cons: The room was "tired"—there's no other way to describe it. Dingy walls, old furniture, creaky floors, a terrible sewer smell in the bathroom, and the hotel itself is not new. I based my rating primarily on the Trip rating, and based on my previous experiences, I'm at fault—their calculation method is extremely inflated."

"Don't judge a book by its cover, or in this case, a hotel by its facade and name. As soon as I entered the lobby, it felt like a rural guesthouse. The room itself was 100% a rural guesthouse – the towels, sheets, and duvet covers were old, the carpet was dirty, the furniture was dated, and the TV was smaller than my computer monitor at home. In two words: absolutely terrible. Interestingly, there were a lot of Chinese guests staying there, and I can't for the life of me figure out why."

"A great option to relax during a long layover. My friend and I were flying to Vietnam, saw this hotel and on the way back booked two capsules in advance. They responded to us very quickly and confirmed the time. I thank the administrator Zhazira for her professionalism and assistance on all issues. The capsule is excellent, the linen is snow-white, they give you a towel, you can take a shower. There is wi fi, you can charge your phone. Payment is in tenge, the exchange office at the airport exchanges rubles and dollars. You cannot withdraw money from a Russian card."

"The restaurant staff is NOT so nice, they don't meet you up in the friendly way and with the smile. However, we experienced the worst scenario than the 'Smile'. During the breakfast, I asked the young russian waitress, who was NOT older than 25 y.o., ''The Toast with the Butter''. In russian I said: ''Toast with Maslom''. She couldn't hear properly what I said and I just repeated ''MASLA''. However, she corrected me straight away ''MASLO (NOT MASLA)''. I replied to her: ''I dont' speak a good russian. I forgot it and I'm NOT obliged to know it. I could make a HUGE NOISE there but I was NOT alone and it prevented me from putting this waitres to her place. I complained to the reception and one of them assured me to talk to her but I'm not sure if any of them talked to her about her behaviour towards guests or not. This young waiteress was disgusting person."
