Altyn Eco Park Hotel

Overall quite good. The location is in the city center, close to almost everything I needed. The price is very good. The room I took was on the 5th floor and was designed for two people, so one felt very spacious there. The room and bed linen were clean, no complaints, it was quite quiet at night, nothing disturbed sleep, during the day the sounds of repairs were periodically heard (drilling with a drill). The room had an electric kettle, sugar, tea, coffee, 0.5 liters of water. (two bottles, because the room was designed for two people), glasses and cups, refrigerator, TV, telephone to call the restaurant or reception, fan. In the shower there were teeth cleaning kits (toothbrush, toothpaste), shower gel and shampoo. The water pressure was more than satisfactory. If you run out of drinking water, you can call the reception and they will bring more water to your room, but there is a limit on the number of bottles per day, in my case in a double room it was 2 bottles of 0.5 liters. My option included breakfast, I liked it: the breakfast was a buffet, you could get whatever you wanted - there were no restrictions, but the breakfast itself was almost the same from day to day. On the 2nd day there were serious problems with Wifi, I was not the only one who had problems, I called the reception, but the problem was not solved for the whole day, alas. It spoiled the impression. There is a restaurant on the 17th floor, I visited it, it was delicious, cozy and the price was pretty good. Clean and hygienic, good service attitude

The front desk service is very good. When I encountered a little trouble when I arrived, I proactively and enthusiastically provided help. When I left the hotel, the staff also used their mobile phones to help book a taxi. Thank you again!

The hotel is within walking distance with all communications, in the center. Delicious breakfast on the 17th floor with an insanely beautiful view! The room is spacious, clean, cleaned every day. All the necessary little things in the room were present (water, hygiene products, tea / coffee and even a heater). Friendly staff, which can not but rejoice! In general, we were satisfied, we recommend to visit!

The location is quite good. To the north you can reach Independence Square (Khan Shopping Plaza), to the south you can reach the World Expo National Pavilion (Silkway Shopping Center), and further south you can reach the airport, all on a main road. The room was very large and seemed a bit empty. The sound insulation is not good, the walls must have been partitioned later, and the people next door were doing unspeakable things late at night. Hey, it was really annoying, and I couldn't sleep well. The restaurant on the top floor is as big as the bar. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is still full and delicious.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the scenic spot, but the service of the hotel is average. Breakfast was not bad. The guy at the front desk chased me every day to pay taxes.
