The new apartment of the hotel is clean, there is everything you need. On the other hand, another height is being built, it started to noise from 5 a.m. but the room is generally satisfied.

Nice place. For adequate price comfortable accommodation. Renovation is fresh, the room is not killed, you come in and immediately feel that the condition of the room fund is monitored. There is a teapot, glasses, cup, tea bags (which is very pleasant), refrigerator. Fewer clothes, a couch of comfort. Clean. The administrator is polite, when settled, they immediately release a bottle of water (but I would like to 2 when settled 2 people). There is a net of insects on the window - it was very important for us. The disadvantages are the lack of elevator and location (behind the window noisy). Only for this, I will remove one star, TK owners, I think, have realized in advance that in such a building of perfect comfort cannot be. The good is a conder and the window blocks noise when closing, thank you for that. In a word, if you don't mind doing a constant top-top on the forests, I recommend it, it's cozy here.

ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

This hotel is wonderful, starting with a hospitality receptacle, just list and everything will be clear! In the building a pleasant smell, despite the fact that there are rooms for smoking on every floor. On the second floor there is a fixed computer, where you can work and print documents! Every day in the cost of the room includes - visiting the sauna, it is pleasant after all the truth. And breakfast is worthy - Swedish table + on request for an omlet or egg and freshly cooked coffee ☕️! Everything necessary for a full breakfast - everything is there. Our room was on the 4th floor - large with a massage bath, recreation area and sleep. Cleaning is daily, bedtime every 3 days. And the bathroom equipment with trimmings like : shampoo, gel, razor set, vatty sticks, hat , soap, tooth set was very pleased. Now you rarely find such a combo set in 4**** And Wi-Fi stable speed 👏 Also on the territory of the hotel free parking. There is a refuelling and washing machine! Let's have a family with a small child and we have a very good time! Thank you for your hospitality! I would be happy to return again.
