The check-in instructions to get the key from a box etc are very confusing and incorrect—someone is there to meet you but you need data in order to send them a text to say you’re there. Not ideal for travellers, but other than that the place was great—a playground for kids, comfy and clean inside the domes, good price and filtered water available.

BarbaraKИдеальная локация. Удобная доступность до всех достопримечательностей и развлечений. Бронировала при наличии автомобиля, но в самом Тулуме достаточно много туристических компаний, которые организованно вас доставят куда угодно. В городе есть 3 огромных магазина на любой кошелек. Но в отеле при наличии кухни в номере нет ни масла, ни соли/сахара. Рекомендую владельцам поставить чайник/кофемашину. Бассейн классный, в отеле тихо

Stay here was good, a lot of expats working there and claiming the place a little bit. Besides that the location was ok. There is a lot of construction going on in the area.
