The architecture of the hotel is particularly beautiful: very generous halls and sitting facilities give a feeling of space and luxury. Everything is obviously very new and corresponds to the newest technical standard. The bedrooms are also large and comfortable. Large working desk, light, wifi etc also provide easy possibilities to work in the room, if wished. For my taste there is only one negative point: apparently all rooms have only showers (no bathtub!!!). For people who love having a bath this is, of course, annoying. The situation is worsened by the fact that in hotels on the American continent there is not even a hand-held shower. I knew this detail from U.S. hotels, but I was hoping to find something better in Mexico, since in my opinion Mexico has more in common with Europe than the U.S.A. I am afraid I was wrong in this point. The staff was very, very friendly and helped in every way. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and drinks, including - of course - typical Mexican dishes. The hotel has its own parking garage (no charge), which is locked during the night. It is possible to park the car directly or request valet parking, your choice. Toluca has an elevation of 2660 m (8060 ft). In March at night it can get cold. I was pleased to find out that the thermostat in the bedroom functioned also as a heater and provided a pleasant temperature. I hope I will have the occasion to go again to the Doubletree in Toluca.

Excellent hotel experience, with a bridge directly connected to Felipe Airport, new facilities, good service attitude of the staff, the only drawback is the average sound insulation ps depending on the shift, there is a guy wearing gold-rimmed glasses at the front desk who is very handsome XD ps of ps: If you can't get an Uber around in the morning, you can ask the front desk lady to help you book one

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, the furniture of the very beautiful rooms, on line. I think the hotel still talks much about past glories, its parents with the popular and distinguished Quinta del Rey de la Av. Tollocan, its mother house; and it is dangerously close to negligence and lack of maintenance. The hotel is very close to the airport of Toluca, which without baggage, without a hurry and daytime can walk, even though it is located on the opposite side (taking the air boulevard as a reference). The location and the environment are awful, it is around a lots of awful, dirty, muuuuy bad look, and it is not on the air boulevard but 50 metres inside a completely disregarded street (in the dark night the track). The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.

I love the view from the Terrace at the top of the hotel, also have food services all day, right in front of the square and take you if you need transport, definitely the leisure very well, The service was very good everyone are very kind, they made me feel like at home and safe for all their protocols, finally return!

Perfect experience. Came to the hotel 4 hours before check-in time after a long day of flying with no sleep, asked if I could rest inside the lobby until it was time to check in, and the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and kind and told me they would let me know as soon as they had a room ready so I could rest. Less than two hours later they gave me a room, which was super clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I rarely write hotel reviews but this was an exceptional experience and I would encourage anyone looking to stay in the area to choose this hotel. Muchas gracias y hasta lluego!

Hotel muy limpio, estando hospedada cambiaron los colchones, los anteriores eran cómodos y los de ahora más. Desayuno muy bueno y con la magnifica atención de Guadalupe y Alma mucho mejor! Creo que deben de cambiar las cortinas de los baños, la nuestra estaba toda rota y la cortina de la habitación necesitaba reparación.

This microtel is nasty, it stinks, and the rooms are not the ones that are pictured on the website, there’s no a/c no ice machine working, and the rooms are old outdated and musty. This is a scam once I got to the room I immediately returned to the front desk to get a refund and realized my receipt had non refundable stamped on it, the customer service was horrible. This place is not suitable for animals!!!!

Everything is fine except for the time to serve the food, in the restaurant they take a long time to bring the food, even for the account they take time, I don't know if it's the staff or they don't have enough people in the kitchen.

La instalación no cuenta con sala de juntas, sólo un par de terminales para trabajar o conectarte si no tienes o traes laptop, no cuenta con gimnasio, aunque te permiten entrar al del otro City Express que no es junior que está como a 900m hacia el sur. Afortunadamente el hotel cuenta con presencia de seguridad privada en su entrada las 24 horas, además de cámaras de CCTV en las entradas y elevadores, mismos que si tienen restricción de uso con la tarjeta/llave, aunque no probé si a cualquier piso o sólo al de la habitación asignada.

I recommend it,it is very central and the truth I liked despite having a simple room,very good service and very quiet,the only one that would make it seriously parking as it is next to the hotel and has no surveillance would be the one unique but from there in more , I recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room is newly painted, the room space is relatively small, it is OK to stay for one night for the early flight, there is a drop-off service, five minutes drive from the airport. The hotel staff is very friendly.

I was very happy staying at this hotel, it was quiet, clean and the employees were wonderful. My gratitude goes to the person at the front desk Luis Morales. He is the one that picked up the phone before my arrival, he was friendly and caring of my needs and gave me a good feeling before I arrived to the location. The boss buy, cleaning lady and another front desk person-lady. They were are all smiles and easy going as they great me and during my departure. I will stay there again next time.

The environment is good and the location is good. There are shopping malls and some supermarkets around. The restaurant is also good. Breakfast is charged separately. The actual charge is 365peso per person. Coffee is charged separately and does not include the buffet. Parking is 120peso for one night. You need to get it every time you go out. Go to the front desk to swipe your new parking card. The overall environment is good and the room is very clean.

The room is a standard twin room. The bed is very comfortable and clean. There is a hair dryer but no ironing machine. We didn't include breakfast at the time. We went to the hotel for breakfast for 319 pesos, which was more than 100 yuan per person. We had to order breakfast. The surrounding environment is very safe, close to the independent pillar and within walking distance. There is a park around and the street opposite is bustling! Good day I was hosted several days at the hotel mission toreo and I don't get tired of getting to that hotel for the attention of staff both of Alexis and Haydee at reception as well as of Jesus and Rodrigo in the transfer offered by the hotel thousand thanks to all for his attention

Unfortunately I am not staying in the hotel but go every morning to the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and for ice latte in the afternoon. The staff is amazing! Friendly, polite, attentive! Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

Location: The sign of the hotel is not very obvious. When I went to the exhibition, I stayed for 2 nights. There are many convenience stores around, but Chinese people should pay attention to safety when going there. I use Ctrip to take a taxi when I go out Facilities: One of the lights is broken, but I did not let the hotel repair it. There is a kitchen downstairs, so you can simply make it yourself. We recently staying in a jacuzzi suite. The room was large and clean with a jacuzzi. It was a great place to relax to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food in the resturant was excellent. Parking is avalable under the hotel. Be aware that the staff does not habla English. The only two drawbacks to the hotel is it is on a one way street so you may need GPS to locate the hotel and it is not adviseable for people not to walk the neighborhood after dark. All and all it was a plesant stay and would stay here again
