A friend recommended Qilou. I stayed in this hotel for one night. I booked a river view room. The view was not so beautiful because it was raining. The breakfast was ordinary. The dinner was well cooked and reasonably priced. The taste was good. It was not a star hotel. It was a bit outrageous to charge a 10% service fee. Tea was also required. It was charged even if I didn't order it. I took a bath in the bathtub in the room at night to eliminate fatigue. As a result, the bathtub was leaking. I almost slipped. I couldn't see clearly that there was water on the tiles. I slipped and saw that it was all water. The aunt came to clean it quickly because it was too late and refused to repair it. I hope the hotel will repair the room in time. The attitude of the waiters is good.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, just a two to three-minute walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to all corners of the city. If you choose to take a taxi to Nanning East High-Speed Rail Station, it's only a short ten-minute ride, saving a significant amount of travel time. The staff's service attitude is outstanding, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya at the service center. They are not only warm and attentive but also patiently and thoroughly answer all inquiries. They enthusiastically recommend local dining and entertainment options, making every guest feel genuinely cared for. This trip, due to my schedule, I needed a slightly later checkout, and they graciously offered a complimentary late checkout until 4 PM, which was very accommodating. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, featuring a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym with plenty of exercise machines. The breakfast and Chinese restaurants are located on the 6th floor. Breakfast is quite varied, offering both Western and Chinese options to suit different tastes. The hotel is right next to the large shopping mall, Hangyang City, and Mixc City is also not far, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. What's more, you can directly access the second floor of the mall from the hotel lobby, which is incredibly handy. As night falls, the surrounding night view of the hotel is absolutely stunning, like a captivating painting. This prime location and excellent service make this hotel an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure tourists.

The hotel is right in the heart of the Poly business district. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with two good 'luosifen' (snail noodle) restaurants nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. The 42nd-floor lobby offers a pretty good 360° view, and Luna at the front desk provided excellent service. Thumbs up!

Thank you very much for your hospitality and care during our stay at the resort. Special mention for Lynn and Reina (House managers) that made all the necessary arrangements. The resort is beautifully constructed. The rooms are clean, comfortable and luxurious with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the afternoon tea, a chance to soak in the atmosphere and relax. We had dinner at the restaurant when we first arrived. The food is really good. The location is 15 mins by drive away from nearby town but the resort provides a shuttle service. Overall Liangsu is very high rated in my opinion.

Staying at the Siji Yunqi Resort Hotel in Yangshuo was truly a hidden gem! The hotel is right near the Yulong River, offering stunning mountain and river views right from your window. The ground floor even has a pool, perfect for amazing photos. The location is super convenient too – only about 700 meters from the Qianguqing Scenic Area, and not far from West Street or the Ten-Mile Gallery. You can rent an electric scooter right outside the hotel, making it super easy to explore all of Yangshuo. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

For my trip to Guilin this time, I stayed at the Poetry and Faraway hotel in both Yangshuo and Guilin, and the service was truly excellent! Many hotels nowadays charge for laundry, but this one offers free washing and drying, even folding and plastic-wrapping your clothes before returning them to your room. This is incredibly thoughtful for gentlemen like us who are constantly on the road! The butler service was also top-notch, always accommodating requests and responding to messages promptly, helping us out a lot. The breakfast was very good, although the rice noodles in Guilin and Yangshuo had some differences, and there was a wide variety of local specialties. We booked river-view rooms, and the scenery from them was superb, directly facing Fubo Hill. The hotel's riverside location offers incredible, first-rate views! The in-room Wi-Fi was fast, and there were even rocking chairs, free tea bags so you could enjoy tea with a view, and a handheld garment steamer. The hotel is also centrally located, making it convenient to get to many places, and taxis arrive quickly. There's also a parking lot for those driving, complete with charging stations. Many of the hotel staff act as mini-guides, recommending great places to eat and fun activities, so we will definitely be back next time.

After checking in, I immediately recommended it to my husband and children; it's exactly the type of place I love. It offers the standards of professional management, yet with the warmth and personal touch of a guesthouse. It provides dining services comparable to a luxury hotel, but without feeling stuffy or impersonal. The business room design includes a desk, a bar area perfect for making tea, and a sofa where you can relax and soak your feet. The soundproof sliding door also helps you unwind more easily, giving you the security of feeling at home.

The view is beautiful. The parking lot at the entrance is a bit small (I'm not sure if there's underground parking), but the handsome guy on the first floor was very helpful with our luggage. I heard from the taxi driver outside that the lobby is on the 13th floor because of the location, and they're worried about flooding. So, we have to go up to the 13th floor to check in, then go to our check-in floor. This trip to Liuzhou was a spontaneous one, and the beautiful river view made me feel great. The beautiful receptionist gave me a free upgrade to a suite with a large bathtub. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly. The upgraded suite had a window that opened onto a residential building across from it, but I was fine with that. After all, rest is the most important thing after a tiring trip. There's another window over the bathtub, with picturesque greenery outside and a sideways view of the river. There's a swimming pool on the 12th floor. While not large, I went there at night to take photos. The shimmering night view is beautiful and photogenic. Breakfast was my own expense. The beef brisket noodles were good, and the other food complemented the river view. The taste wasn't important; the gentle morning breeze and a good mood were what mattered...

5 star hotel of international standard with quality furnishings and spacious room and separate bathroom. Good bell boy service and good in house resturant. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with balcony and a fantastic view of the mountains. There are no local shops or restaurants within walking distance, but this is a plus as you don't have crowds outside the hotel. I had problem with we chat and Serena. One of the front desk was most helpful and spend ample time to go through my internet settings. Taxi service is cheap and most taxi trip is not more than 25 rmb which is about 6 dollars Australian. Front desk staff send us to Good quality local restaurants as we wanted to try authentic local restaurants. Probably the best in quilin

I accidentally booked the wrong date online (the 29th), but thankfully, both Ctrip and the hotel's customer service teams helped me switch to the correct date at 1 AM. I'm incredibly grateful! I've always vacationed in Sanya before. A long time ago, I visited Fangchenggang and had a terrible experience with its dark, dirty sea. This time, with only a three-day break, I decided to try Beihai, and to my absolute surprise, the hotel's service was fantastic! The staff greeted everyone with a smile, and the hotel was clearly well-staffed. Free bottled mineral water was always available for guests. In Sanya, you usually only get water in your room and have to pay extra for juices or coconut water elsewhere, so this hotel truly offers incredible value for money! The only minor drawback was the absence of a private beach, unlike Sanya, but everything else was superb. The 378 yuan double package included a generous amount of seafood, which would be absolutely impossible to find at that price in Sanya. They even surprised my child with a birthday cake on the 28th, which thrilled them! The hotel truly embodied a 'home away from home' and customer-centric service philosophy, making our stay unforgettable and thoroughly satisfying. I'll definitely be returning for this amazing service!
