A friend recommended Qilou. I stayed in this hotel for one night. I booked a river view room. The view was not so beautiful because it was raining. The breakfast was ordinary. The dinner was well cooked and reasonably priced. The taste was good. It was not a star hotel. It was a bit outrageous to charge a 10% service fee. Tea was also required. It was charged even if I didn't order it. I took a bath in the bathtub in the room at night to eliminate fatigue. As a result, the bathtub was leaking. I almost slipped. I couldn't see clearly that there was water on the tiles. I slipped and saw that it was all water. The aunt came to clean it quickly because it was too late and refused to repair it. I hope the hotel will repair the room in time. The attitude of the waiters is good.

The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, and the room size is just average. There was a minor incident on the day we checked in: the air conditioning in this executive room made a loud, whistling noise when it was on. Luckily, the weather wasn't too hot, so we could sleep without it. The shower drain was severely clogged; initially, I thought it was just hair and debris, but when I opened the drain cover, I realized the pipe itself was blocked. After running the shower for just two minutes, the entire shower stall would flood, enough to 'go boating,' and it took a long time for the water to drain. This also caused water to spill out onto the bathroom floor. We contacted housekeeping, and since we were very tired that day, they offered to give us a solution the next day and promptly switched us to a twin room. Overall, their attitude was good, and they handled the issue quite proactively. The hotel breakfast spread is decent for the price. The hot food at the lounge was just so-so, but given how hotels are currently cutting costs due to 'cost reduction and efficiency improvement' by their owners, it's good that the lounge is still operational at all. We drove ourselves, and that evening, we were told we couldn't park in the ground-level parking lot due to a bus, so we had to navigate to the very complicated underground garage. A doorman proactively asked if we needed a ride to guide us, which was a nice touch, as we wouldn't have found it otherwise. I suggest they update the hotel's underground parking entrance/exit location on navigation apps.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Our stay at LS Hotel in Yangshuo was truly unforgettable. The hotel is located in the mountains, and the surroundings look like something from a fairy tale — misty hills, fresh air, and a peaceful atmosphere that helps you completely relax. The room was luxurious and very well designed. We especially loved the large bathtub, the rotating bed, and the panoramic view from the window. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the small gifts and the complimentary photo session, which was a wonderful bonus and a great memory from this trip. This is the best place we have ever stayed with my husband. We sincerely thank the LS Hotel team for their hospitality and outstanding service. Families, this hotel is absolutely incredible! Traveling alone for New Year's, I've stayed at three five-star hotels these past few days, and this one is the last – and the most stunning. I booked the top-floor suite, and it's simply gorgeous. I got to experience the joy of a super-spacious apartment… I honestly didn't expect such high standards; it even inspired some of my personal ambitions. The space is so big I could jump rope in the living room~ (and I actually did!) The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a direct view of the golden sunrise on the mountains, which is a wonderful visual feast. Further in, there's a huge TV area, and the bed is incredibly comfortable – you could just lie there and zone out forever. Most of the room's facilities are electrically controlled. The bathtub is quite comfortable and has a very sophisticated design. The shower and toilet are separate, and the bathroom has an enormous sink and mirror. The entire room's design feels very grand, with a great sense of space, simple yet full of thoughtful details, and a high-end color palette. The moment you step out, you're met with an unbeatable mountain view; the vista is incredibly expansive, and the air is so refreshing… (compared to the city's air pollution, someone with allergies like me can instantly feel the huge difference)! Breakfast was also delicious. All in all, it's a highly recommended hotel ❤️

The service was impeccable! This hotel truly made us feel at home. The decor style is somewhat similar to Banyan Tree. Every staff member, including the cleaning aunties, would greet guests warmly. We had such a happy stay in Guilin. The room was very clean, and all the toiletries were excellent. I even made sure to take pictures of the breakfast. When we left, they gave us a small gift, and since we were self-driving, they escorted us to our car and waved us goodbye. Honestly, this level of service and quality is even better than what you find in Shanghai. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic, truly great value for money! It's right near MixC, just a 10-minute walk away, and the subway entrance is very close and convenient. After booking, I contacted the front desk to see if they could upgrade my room, as there weren't many people so a king-sized bed wasn't available! They were really thoughtful and asked what time I'd arrive on check-in day, then I asked them to hold the room type for me. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk agent provided excellent service, guiding me through everything. The lobby design past elevator 1 is great and unique. Aside from the laundry room design being mediocre (poor ventilation, non-commercial equipment), they were very patient and meticulous when handling my laundry. The front desk staff always greeted me when I came in and out; their service was excellent. Thank you all, I'll definitely come back to Nanning next time! 👋

Environment: Five stars!! This new hotel is super satisfying. The overall design and decor are very stylish, and the rooms are simple yet elegant, high-tech, and smart. The window view is especially stunning; once you open the curtains, you see the Liujiang River. At night, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the musical fountain right from your room – it's absolutely beautiful! Location: It's right by the river, only about 200-300 meters from Wuxing Street, super close! It's very convenient for finding food or getting a hair wash. Even going to slightly further places only takes about 10 minutes by car. I'm extremely satisfied. There's also a food street under the bridge right next door, and A Li's is there! Lots of delivery options too, and the food is delivered to your room by robots! Service: The service is impeccable! From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was smiling and greeted me proactively. When I needed laundry or extra amenities, the ladies took care of everything very quickly! A small detail that touched me greatly was that I did my laundry very late one night and asked them to dry it and deliver it to my room by 8 AM the next morning. At 8:15 AM, I received a message saying it had been placed outside my door; they didn't ring the doorbell to disturb my sleep. Such thoughtful service! Facilities: There's a parking lot right below the hotel, and charging piles too, which is super friendly for new energy car owners! Charging wasn't expensive either, about 1.27 yuan – very satisfying! There's also a kids' playground on the second floor. On the first day we arrived, it was cold and rainy, so we couldn't go out to play. My child spent two hours at the kids' playground, burning off energy – it was amazing! The hotel also provided complimentary Luosifen, access to the lounge, coffee, and electric scooter privileges. We even used the hotel's dedicated car to visit Longtan Park for half a day, riding an electric scooter and exploring the streets and alleys of Liuzhou was incredibly enjoyable! Hygiene: Overall hygiene was very satisfying. We stayed for 2 nights. When we came back after going out, we noticed that our private belongings hadn't been touched, but the entire room had been re-cleaned, and the trash had been emptied. I really appreciate this kind of discreet cleaning service for extended stays! Regarding traveling with kids: We were traveling with our child, so the size of the king bed was important to us. Initially, I was happy to see it was labeled as a 2-meter king bed. To my surprise, when we entered the room, it looked like a 2.4-meter king bed, and they had even installed a very tall and sturdy bed rail for us! My husband, our child, and I (being pregnant) all slept very comfortably. The bedding was also very cozy, and we slept soundly for both nights. Families with kids should definitely consider this place! Next time I visit Liuzhou, Wyndham will still be my top choice!

Shangrila Guilin is situated a little further from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, it is super convenient to travel via Didi to anywhere you wish to go to. The room is a little dated but extremely spacious for the Terrace Mountain view room. Housekeeping deserves special mention as the housekeeper insisted on giving me a disinfected teaspoon and not one from her cart. The staff here are very service oriented, especially Alex Long (Concierge) and Jamie Chen (Li Cafe). There is also a mini zoo to amuse the young ones in the sprawling compound. I find breakfast at the Li Cafe to be vegetarian friendly.. The hotel would also cater vegetarian dishes as a special request for room service but only during limited hours. In fact, I had most of my meals here. Would definitely recommend Shang for a calm and tranquil stay during the winter season!

I accidentally booked the wrong date online (the 29th), but thankfully, both Ctrip and the hotel's customer service teams helped me switch to the correct date at 1 AM. I'm incredibly grateful! I've always vacationed in Sanya before. A long time ago, I visited Fangchenggang and had a terrible experience with its dark, dirty sea. This time, with only a three-day break, I decided to try Beihai, and to my absolute surprise, the hotel's service was fantastic! The staff greeted everyone with a smile, and the hotel was clearly well-staffed. Free bottled mineral water was always available for guests. In Sanya, you usually only get water in your room and have to pay extra for juices or coconut water elsewhere, so this hotel truly offers incredible value for money! The only minor drawback was the absence of a private beach, unlike Sanya, but everything else was superb. The 378 yuan double package included a generous amount of seafood, which would be absolutely impossible to find at that price in Sanya. They even surprised my child with a birthday cake on the 28th, which thrilled them! The hotel truly embodied a 'home away from home' and customer-centric service philosophy, making our stay unforgettable and thoroughly satisfying. I'll definitely be returning for this amazing service!
