Located right in the heart of Wuzhou near the river. This hotel was quite large with a beautiful and elegant lobby. The room was equally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall an excellent value for a hotel to use as a base for exploring Wuzhou!

The hotel is great and the accommodation experience is superb. A family of three came to Liuzhou and chose Radisson after comparing several hotels. I was not disappointed. The location is excellent and it is very close to the ancient town. You can see it through the window of the room, and you can also see part of Liujiang River. The hotel facilities are also very complete, with a swimming pool and laundry room. If it is too hot in the afternoon, you can swim and wait for the sun to set to visit the ancient town directly. Next time I come to Liuzhou, I will consider Radisson again.

The Marriott hotel is super conveniently located right above a large shopping mall that has everything you need. It's also very easy to get to museums, Chaoyang Square, the train station, and the high-speed rail station via Metro Line 1. The hotel itself seems to have been recently renovated; it feels very new.

The hotel is built right in front of spectacular landscape with a lot of photo spots carefully and efficiently designed. Staffs are attentive and friendly but still need time to accumulate more experience. We took 2 rooms, one in block 2 and one in block 7. Both views are great, but in winter, the condensation on the windows discounted the view. Other smaller things like the steadiness of hot water supply, the distance of the bedside table from the bed etc can be improved. But overall we are very happy with the hotel, especially the free 30min photo session done by photographer 小莫 was excellent! Gave us the perfect memory of Guilin and YangShu :)

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Guilin trip. For the price we paid during the off-season, considering the environment and service, it was incredibly good value for money for a family with kids! The restaurant's ambiance and food were also excellent. On Xiaonian Eve, three adults and one child ordered seven substantial dishes and it only cost 300 yuan. The complimentary photo shoot with Yao ethnic costumes was also great and produced fantastic pictures; our whole family was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious too. If we ever go back to Yangshuo, we'll definitely choose to stay here for two more nights. If you have two kids, one old enough for photos and the younger one for the playground, don't even think twice – just book it!

Let's start with the positives: the hotel's location is impeccable, convenient for getting anywhere. At night, we could enjoy a panoramic view of the fountains right from our room. Seeing the crowds below, huddled in the cold wind watching the musical fountain, instantly filled us with a sense of contentment! The hotel facilities are brand new and spotless, and the front desk staff were all incredibly friendly. The restaurant manager was exceptionally service-oriented; we stayed two nights, and on our departure day, we wanted yogurt for breakfast, but they had run out. The manager went out and bought us a large tub, which was very touching. Now for the negatives: check-in is at 2 PM. We arrived a little past noon, and were told the room wasn't ready, which is understandable. We didn't originally plan to eat, but to kill time while waiting, we went out for a meal. When we returned after 2 PM, the front desk staff inquired about the room's status, and housekeeping replied that cleaning hadn't even started. I had arrived at the designated check-in time, and they were notified over an hour beforehand to clean. Regardless of the reason, there's no excuse for this issue. Although the front desk staff upgraded us to a different room type, it doesn't mask the underlying management problem. Then, less than two minutes after entering the room, the power went out. It came back on shortly, but when we returned from sightseeing, the power was out again. We had to wait in the dark for the maintenance worker to arrive. Even the worker couldn't find the cause, and in the end, I discovered the problem myself: it was the power card. The 'complimentary coffee' was lukewarm when brewed, and the 'complimentary Liuzhou rice noodles' were also lukewarm – speechless! Breakfast options were limited and the taste was poor. The female server at the noodle station was swearing incessantly, using explicit language three times in a row while talking to another staff member. It was quite shocking! A good reputation and good business aren't destroyed by others; they are often slowly ruined from within. This hotel has such great potential and started off well. I hope it continues to improve rather than sabotaging its own future. Let's all strive for that! The yogurt in the last photo was bought by the restaurant manager and given to us just before we left. He insisted we take it in the car (we were self-driving). We didn't drink it and brought it back. It was a very warm gesture, thank you!

The hotel offers electric scooter rentals and is located behind West Street, making it a quieter spot. The rooms are very spacious, and the lobby has a good selection of entertainment facilities. There's a simple gym and a laundry room, though the dryer's effectiveness was just okay; otherwise, no complaints. They also offer a two-hour Hanfu experience: the Hanfu outfits are washed after each use and are free to use. On the seventh floor, there's a dedicated garden perfect for photos, especially since it faces the mountains, making for great shots. In the summer, they have a pool and other amenities.

Staying at Li River Courtyard this time was an absolute delight! It felt less like a hotel and more like my personal 'travel hub' in Guilin. The location is unbeatable – step right out to the Li River, and you can walk to Jingjiang Princes' City and East-West Alley. It's a perfect blend of lively and quiet. The butler service was incredibly attentive; the recommended itineraries were super practical, and they even helped us prepare fishing gear for the riverside! Our room faced the mountains and rivers, and eating rice noodles for breakfast at the scenic restaurant with the Li River panorama right in front of us was a truly unique experience. If you're looking to deeply explore Guilin, this is definitely the place to choose!

The beds are 1.35 meters, and we were able to fit our two kids in comfortably. The hotel service was excellent! The waterfall behind the hotel is stunning! From our room, we could see both the Twin Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill, which is very close – just a few minutes' walk away. Eating downstairs is super convenient with lots of great food options around. The front desk staff were very welcoming; #310 even gave us two small sachets. Both the front desk and restaurant staff are very responsible! Having stayed in hundreds of hotels, I found them to be incredibly professional! I rarely leave reviews, but they truly stood out. My kids also loved the intangible cultural heritage rubbings on the second floor, and the view from the rooftop is fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Our stay at the Sheraton Guilin far exceeded our expectations. The hotel consistently delivers high-quality service, and numerous thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. Manager Jiang Ying from the front office was incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive throughout our entire stay, from check-in onwards. She made us feel so welcome. Coincidentally, it was our child's ***** birthday the day after we checked in, and she specially arranged a lovely birthday setup, complete with an elegant fruit platter and a beautiful birthday cake – a truly memorable gesture. Upon learning that we were traveling to other cities in Guangxi afterward, she thoughtfully provided useful travel tips and planned out some excellent recommendations for us, which was incredibly helpful. The ladies at the Executive Lounge provided fast, meticulous, and thoughtful service, making us feel very comfortable. Mr. Ian Yang from the front office was a true gentleman; when our child accidentally bumped into and damaged a display board, he immediately stepped in to help fix it. The two male managers in the breakfast restaurant were polite and attentive. Intern Yuki Deng enthusiastically recommended local culinary hotspots, which was both practical and thoughtful. Liu Weimin at the lobby entrance proactively opened the car door for us, demonstrating meticulous service. Li Meirong and other housekeeping staff ensured our room was spotless and provided attentive service, making us feel comfortable and at ease everywhere. Manager Jiang Ying, along with all the staff she represents, made us feel like family with their professionalism, dedication, and sincerity. Our trip to Guilin was made even more perfect by the Sheraton Guilin, and we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to the city.
