The high clearance under the bed gave me a sense of peace, a feeling of openness. The lobby attendant was very observant; seeing me with large luggage, he proactively helped me with the elevator without me even needing to ask. These subtle service details are far more valuable than any rules written on a wall.

Excellent service! As soon as I submitted a request on the mini-program, a staff member responded immediately. They even delivered my takeout right to my door. The late-night open kitchen was a thoughtful touch; a bowl of hot porridge was very comforting. Plus, the night view of the Yangtze River is stunning. On the 56th floor, with the lights off, admiring Wuhan at night, you can even see the brilliantly lit Yellow Crane Tower in the distance.

The location is unbeatable. It's right next to Lihuangpi Road, and the Bagong House is just beside it. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is a 20-minute walk away. The young lady who checked me in, the security guard at the entrance, and the young man who checked me out (not at the front desk) were all incredibly nice. The downside is that there's no parking lot, no parking spaces at all. Parking was extremely difficult, which made me hesitant to drive out during my two-day stay. I ended up taking taxis every day, which was very inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working well. Someone came to check it, but couldn't find any issues, and it was just too hot. The hot water was also very problematic. When I got back at midnight, if I only turned on the hot water for a shower, the flow was incredibly weak. If I added a little cold water, the flow would improve slightly, but then the water temperature would drop, which was very inconvenient. Showering was particularly uncomfortable these past two days. The hotel is old, and its facilities are outdated. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card and then press a button; most hotels now just take you to your floor directly after swiping.

Amazing stay at Somerset VFC Wuhan. We extended our stay from 2 nights to 6 nights as this is our most favourite hotel of the world! Wuhan weather is sunny and nice. And the stay at the 2 bedroom apartment is incredible. We have a washer dryer, a kitchen with dishwasher, and a cozy living room just like home. From the hotel you can walk to Wuhan Zoo, or take subway to many beautiful places. The food in the mall attached to the hotel is incredible (strongly Recommended 来菜 which serve Hubei food). Hotel staff is nice and genuine. The breakfast is adequate with several Wuhan specialties as well. I would definitely go back to Wuhan just for this incredible hotel experience.

The rooms were spacious, with modern furnishings and neutral tones that created a calming atmosphere. We could control lighting, temperature, and curtains via a tablet, making for a highly customizable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was equipped with a large smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging points. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-end fixtures, a rain shower, and quality toiletries. Small touches like beautiful floors in the bathroom enhance the luxurious feel. The overall design reflected the hotel’s commitment to modernity without sacrificing comfort. This hotel is located in a bustling area, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. There's even a shopping mall right downstairs. The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning lady (I forgot her name, but she cleaned room 1322) was very warm and attentive. She replenished our water, changed our towels, and replaced the trash bags, always with a smile. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Wu, was also very welcoming. She greeted us proactively, asked about our stay, and even gave us a small gift. My only minor complaints are regarding the room facilities. Firstly, the floors in both bathrooms are elevated, with the threshold stone being about three to five centimeters higher than the carpet in the bedroom. There were no warning stickers, making it easy to trip when entering and exit. Secondly, the master bedroom's large bed is next to a wardrobe, and the entire wardrobe door is a large mirror, which was disturbing to sleep next to and quite startling when waking up in the middle of the night. Thirdly, the room lighting was too dim. Adding a main light fixture would better suit modern needs.

The overall experience far exceeds expectations and is very suitable for business travel choices. Xiaoding at the front desk was very efficient at check-in, the staff was professional and gentle, and took the initiative to inform the breakfast, gym, self-service laundry room location. The 24-hour front desk arrived late at night and was at ease. The rooms are spacious, the wet and dry separation bathroom is clean and odorless, the desk and chair size is suitable, the sound insulation effect is excellent at night, the corridor and road noise are completely not heard, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the rest is very good at night.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

Love the location , room cleanliness and value . the service crew is very friendly and welcoming. as this is a new hotel . the room design is modern zen feel . only downside if there is any renovation on the other floor of this office tower, it might affect your staying experience.
