May 3rd Sunny to sandstorm to rainstorm (Dunhuang weather: crazy mode) At 5pm, I landed in Dunhuang with full of enthusiasm, and was hit by a sandstorm as soon as I left the airport (Dunhuang OS: welcome to hell). After putting my luggage at the hotel, I immediately entered the battle state - squatting for rehearsal! After arriving at the place~” I (on the surface): ”Okay, okay~). The front desk staff were all very kind. When checking in, they proactively asked about my floor preference and upgraded my room type. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, and they give a reminder before closing. Food deliveries ordered from outside can be brought up to the room by a robot.

They checked me in at 7 AM, and the staff are incredibly kind. The hotel is also very clean. I was so touched by the warm milk and a cup of honey water at night... Thank you everyone.

The Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich.

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

Traveling solo to Yinchuan for a business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by how great the value for money was at this hotel. For around 200 yuan, I got a room that was about 30 square meters, complete with a separate desk, an en-suite bathroom, and even a smart toilet. The hotel's location is also good, though there isn't much in terms of nightlife nearby. After 11 PM, most shops around here close down, so you'd have to take a taxi to find entertainment elsewhere. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I had a fantastic experience.

Version 1 (Volkswagen Platform short review · Trip.com /**) The first time I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Yinchuan Xingqing, the overall experience far exceeded expectations! The hotel is located in the Xingqing business area. It is very convenient to travel to Xixia Wangling Mausoleum and Helan Mountain. Free parking by car is especially worry-free. The lobby is simple and modern and integrates local details, and the environment is clean and atmospheric. The rooms are light and transparent, and the hygiene is meticulous. The standard Four Points comfort mattress (Slin Bailan) is moderately soft and hard, sleeps comfortably, and the blackout curtains have excellent sound insulation. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account the northwest specialty snacks and Western-style light meals, and the taste is online. The 24-hour gym and free self-service laundry room are too friendly to the party on business trips. You can go to the beer restaurant to have a drink in your leisure time. The front desk service is patient and meticulous, and the check-out is delayed until 14:00. The whole process is comfortable and business.

The service was very welcoming, and the hotel's decor was quite stylish and beautiful. However, some of the in-room dining dishes didn't quite match the pictures. After the food arrived, I had to make two calls, which might be due to a lack of timely communication between the housekeeping and dining departments. This hotel was the most satisfying hotel of my entire trip. Thank you to the receptionist for the complimentary upgrade to an executive king room. I was surprised to learn that a hotel costing only 200 RMB per night now offers a laundry room, gym, and a rich, clean, and nutritious breakfast. The hotel is fully smart-equipped, aesthetically pleasing, and even has automatic sensor nightlights, which is very thoughtful and considerate for families with elderly members and children. The hotel is located near Yinchuan Railway Station, yet it's not too noisy, making it very quiet for sleeping. If you're just visiting Yinchuan city, it's very convenient for sightseeing and dining; it's only about 15 RMB by taxi to the museum, Lanshan Park, and Huaiyuan Night Market. From here, you can take a taxi to Yinchuan Railway Station for 9 RMB, and then take the high-speed train from Yinchuan Railway Station to Hedong Airport Station, which takes only 20 minutes and costs 15 RMB per person. Finally, every receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting guests with a sweet smile. I highly recommend this hotel!
