The room is big and amenities all great! The only thing is room is under central air conditioning. At this season, hotel yet to turn on the air conditioning to cold. The room temperature is 27 Celsius degree and is way too hot for a hotel room.

Traveling solo to Yinchuan for a business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by how great the value for money was at this hotel. For around 200 yuan, I got a room that was about 30 square meters, complete with a separate desk, an en-suite bathroom, and even a smart toilet. The hotel's location is also good, though there isn't much in terms of nightlife nearby. After 11 PM, most shops around here close down, so you'd have to take a taxi to find entertainment elsewhere. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I had a fantastic experience.

The room was very clean, and the facilities were great. I could control the TV, curtains, and lights with the smart assistant, which was very convenient. The wood-grain tiles had underfloor heating, so it wasn't too cold even without air conditioning. The room lighting was a bit dim, and breakfast wasn't very good.

This is my third year running the marathon in Yinchuan, and it's no longer just about the race or sightseeing. It feels like coming home to a city I love. I always stay at this hotel, and as usual, it's absolutely flawless. In fact, the attention to detail keeps getting better and better. It boasts the most central location and the absolute best city views.

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

Normally, for a hotel at this price point, I'd give a 5-star review for an uneventful stay. But this experience was honestly quite frustrating. First, the housekeeping tried to force their way into my room. I wanted to sleep in, so I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on and the door deadbolted. To my surprise, housekeeping knocked twice around 9 AM. I was half-asleep and didn't answer. Then, I was shocked to hear them use their card to open the door directly! If it hadn't been deadbolted, they would have walked right in! When they realized they couldn't open it, they swiped again and pushed down the handle, trying to get in. The door alarm startled me awake, and I shouted, 'Who is it?!' They replied, 'Do you want cleaning?' I said no, not right now, and they just left – seriously, the most 'relaxed and free-spirited' housekeeping service I've ever encountered. Second, the soundproofing in the room was terrible. The guest next door was on the phone all morning, and I could hear every single word clearly, even the person on the other end of the call. It was impossible to rest. After I changed rooms, I could still hear conversations from next door, indicating it wasn't just an issue with one specific room. The only thing I was satisfied with was the front desk's service attitude. They were enthusiastic and proactive, helping me switch from a king room to a twin room and apologizing for the housekeeping issue. However, their explanation was: 'The housekeepers are newly hired and haven't been fully trained yet. They don't understand the door signs.' They also mentioned that while housekeeping staff don't care about review ratings, the front desk manager faces pressure over scores and hoped I could understand their difficulties and still give a 5-star review. This explanation was confusing, but following their request for understanding, I can raise my 2-star review to a 3-star. As for a higher rating, I'll leave that to other guests to give once their staff are 'properly trained'.

Treasure Hotel, the experience far exceeded expectations! The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and neat, and the hardware facilities are well maintained. The service is meticulous and warm, and the needs can be responded in time. The surrounding facilities are perfect, and it is convenient to eat, drink and travel. The overall quality is cheap, the living experience is excellent, I have recommended it to my friends, the first choice for the next stay!

The Sheraton Yinchuan really exceeded my expectations! It's super close to Lanshan Park, and with so many shared e-bikes in Yinchuan, it was a breeze to ride there with my child. The hotel itself is huge, the rooms are spacious, and the price is very reasonable – excellent value for money. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the team at the Chinese restaurant. We ate there for several days in a row, and they always greeted us with smiles and were ready to assist with anything we needed. Big thumbs up! I truly recommend the Sheraton if you're visiting Yinchuan. Its location is great, especially if you plan on going to Lanshan Park.

The hotel has a good environment, clean and well-equipped, the bathroom is dry and wet separation is my favorite, the service attitude is good, there is also a gym, laundry room, it is great for me to be lazy to wash clothes, the hotel transportation is also very convenient, there are many snack bars nearby, A satisfactory stay, this price can live in such a cost-effective hotel, it is recommended.
