Hotel near Huhhot Railway Station/Xinhua Plaza,Hohhot 35.7% of visitors choose this area

This is an older five-star hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, and they still follow a more traditional service model, like requiring a deposit upon check-in (which was only returned an hour and a half after I checked out – that's a bit slow for room inspection!). However, the overall service is quite good. For example, after booking, they recommended a room that met my preferences (very quiet, no noise from neighboring doors opening or closing, morning or night). They even came to the executive lounge after check-in to ask about my experience. Being an established five-star hotel, the attention to detail in their service is indeed impressive and truly makes an impression. However, I have to add one more thing: the highest form of service is not to disturb. When I had the 'do not disturb' light on continuously, calling me to ask about this and that is, in fact, a disturbance, isn't it? Of course, I understand that the staff members have good intentions, wondering why my room wasn't being cleaned, perhaps thinking they'd forgotten, or that I might need the service, right? But you have to understand, adults who need service will ask for it proactively. The best service is actually not to disturb; that's the most appropriate approach. And of course, even better service would be to remember the customer's personalized needs, and one of those needs is often not to be disturbed. On a side note, while the selection in the executive lounge is simple, it's sufficient. The staff there are very attentive and thoughtful, and the lounge view is beautiful – I couldn't get enough of it. I also accidentally discovered that they now have a 'book two nights, get one free' offer, which is even better value than the two-night consecutive stay package on Ctrip….

A solid five-star review – this stay completely exceeded all my expectations! Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and processed my check-in very efficiently. They were so gentle and patient. Walking into the room, I was immediately impressed; the entire place was spotlessly clean, with no dust in any corners. The bedding was soft and dry, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The soundproofing is excellent, so I didn't hear any hallway noise. The bathroom had instant hot water, and the toiletries were complete and good quality. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the common areas are clean and well-maintained. It's also very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat nearby. There wasn't a single frustrating moment during my entire stay; the service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the value for money is outstanding. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Im impressed by Atour group of hotels. This one located in Ulanqab didnt disappoint either. Its amentities, decor, cleanliness, service, bed, pillow and facilities are all top notch for a fraction of the price. It really puts Western hotel brands to shame. Almost anything that you could think of, Atour hotel has probably though of it already. They even provide alcohol wipes for sanitary purposes. There is even free self service laundry. Do yourself a favour, when you travel in China, skip the big western hotels and give Atour a go. You will be so spoilt that you wished other hotels has such service and amenities. Im only saying this because i booked Atour hotels by chance a few years back and now that I am back traveling in China, they are even better than before. Its also nearby the high speed rail station, so its convenient as well.

My stay at Shangri-La Baotou far exceeded my expectations! Even before checking in, I received a call from the hotel arranging the room according to my preferences. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and meticulous, introducing the hotel's restaurants and fitness center. The room was clean and hygienic! I've had their shaomai before and it was good, but this time I was particularly impressed by the new mutton buns at breakfast – absolutely amazing! My family really enjoyed the freshly fried dough sticks. Overall, the entire check-in process was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb! It's only about a 15-minute drive from the highway exit! Finally, a special shout-out to Avila Wang.

The twin beds were perfect for our family of four (two adults, two kids)! 👍 The room itself was incredibly clean, can't fault it. The location was great too, very convenient for getting around. They offer free parking with plenty of spaces available. And the revolving restaurant for breakfast was a really nice touch! 😀

First off, the location is truly excellent, a unique advantage. There's a hot spring hotel right next door where you can enjoy a soak. However, the overall management and service facilities are severely lacking! Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!

The hotel entrance isn't large, but the rooms are surprisingly spacious, clean, and tidy. First, a shout-out to the helpful and attentive receptionist! The rooms are very soundproof and quiet, with complete facilities, a very comfortable environment, and soft bedding. It's conveniently located near everything, with the pedestrian street just a few minutes away, and free parking. For this price, the stay is truly amazing! I'll definitely bookmark it and recommend it to friends for business trips and vacations! Wishing the owner booming business and abundant wealth! 😊

The hotel aunts are super sensitive and will remind you to wear more clothes and clean the rooms in time. , Highly recommend this hotel! ! !

Location: Situated right by the main road in Hohhot, with a Wanda Plaza nearby and a food street in the residential area behind. It's also very close to the East Station and the Inner Mongolia Museum. Environment: The hotel boasts luxurious decor with a distinct ethnic flair. Although it's not new, the facilities are well-maintained. Room: The room size isn't particularly large, but the layout is quite functional. The air conditioning was advertised as adjustable, but it consistently showed 24 degrees Celsius for both nights I stayed, which felt a bit warm. Breakfast: The breakfast is quite commendable, featuring a good selection of local Mongolian specialties. The lamb offal soup and shaomai were both delicious.

The room is really nice, and the location is great too. One of the women at the front desk was lovely, but some of the male staff seemed indifferent and didn't even bother to make eye contact. Breakfast was also very good. However, during my stay, I requested room cleaning in the morning, and they didn't change the sheets or duvet cover, just did a basic tidy-up. I hope they improve on this. Though, when I found a cleaning staff member, they did change them for me. Overall, it's a good place.

Lliliy1023The location is incredibly convenient! There's a bus stop right outside the door and the subway station is just a two-minute walk away. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent. They even upgraded my room! Plus, they have a robot delivery service for meals. The hotel breakfast is also very extensive. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the highway. The hotel is very convenient for parking and dining. There is a gas station more than 100 meters away from the hotel, so it is a good choice to take a break as a self-driving tour. In addition, hotel services and facilities are also good.

GGuest UserKe Xin provided excellent service, helping me with my luggage and getting a taxi. The Tuga Camp has a viewing deck where you can watch the sunrise in the morning. Unfortunately, it was cloudy the day I arrived, and it was quite cold in mid-June, but the room itself was very comfortable. The air conditioning was powerful! The panoramic view rooms are especially good; you can watch the grasslands and the afterglow of the sunset right from your room – it's absolutely beautiful! The room was well-equipped, the bathroom was clean with strong water pressure, and the toiletries were of good quality. Highly recommended!

TTianhenlan@The hotel offers a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, with convenient transportation and a variety of restaurants right outside. The hotel's dining hall is also quite good; the roasted lamb chops and West Lake beef soup are worth trying. The breakfast is plentiful, and the homemade yogurt is a must-try.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a semi-buffet with staple options like shaomai and plain noodles, and the savory milk tea was delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of major attractions. To the north are Dazhao Temple, Xilitu Zhao Temple, and Saishang Old Street. To the south are Guanyin Temple and Baoerhan Pagoda. Next door is the yet-to-be-opened Labuqi Zhao Temple. The silver Buddha and dragon carvings inside Dazhao Temple, along with the dragon carvings in the ancient Buddha hall of Xilitu Zhao Temple, are well-preserved and exquisitely crafted – truly stunning to see. Also, the ice-boiled lamb at Zecheng is incredibly tasty; the Dazhao Siheyuan branch is the closest to the hotel, just a few minutes' walk according to navigation.

AAnonymous UserCleanliness: The room was very clean, and they provided plenty of disposable face towels and bath towels, which was a thoughtful touch. Ambiance: We stayed in a yurt, and the view was fantastic with a great open vista. Right outside, there's a huge lawn with many horses. Although the grass wasn't green yet during our May Day stay, it was still a vast, endless expanse. Facilities: The yurt had standard Mongolian-style furnishings and air conditioning. There was no TV, but none of the yurts in this area seemed to have one. The owner provided excellent service, even helping us carry our luggage upstairs, and gave our child a small gift when we checked out. We happened to be there when it snowed on May 2nd. Waking up to a blanket of white outside was truly a unique experience.

XXiannvermamayaoquwanerThe hotel service was excellent. From the moment we walked in, staff thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and daily activities. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped, and occasionally there was a peculiar smell from the bathroom. However, it came equipped with a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant, allowing voice control for the TV, air conditioning, and lights, which was super convenient for lazy people like me. Every staff member we encountered in the hotel greeted us warmly and patiently guided us to our vehicles, explained local attractions, and gave activity recommendations. Oh, and the hotel provides sandboards! My two kids would grab one every day to find a sand dune and go sandboarding. They also offered disposable raincoats and other essentials (which were incredibly useful when we unexpectedly encountered a desert downpour). At 8:30 PM, you can follow the hotel's wooden boardwalk to the performance venue to watch a show, and even join in for some outdoor disco! At 10 PM, you can also join staff for stargazing in the desert. It was only my second time seeing the Big Dipper – so happy! 😃 But what I loved most was the hotel's food for all three meals. The dishes tasted fantastic, and the beef and lamb were incredibly delicious.
