"First off, the hotel's location is good; it's close to Hohhot East Station and Baita Airport, as well as the Inner Mongolia Museum. It's on an expressway, so it's convenient if you're driving. However, there are a few points I need to raise: 1. I drove here, but wasn't informed upon check-in that I needed to register my license plate every time I left. This resulted in a 25 yuan charge when I left the next day. To avoid disrupting the parking lot's operation, I paid it. When I returned that evening, the front desk attendant – a young guy – perhaps due to authorization issues, only explained that I needed to register every time but didn't understand my request for a refund. Later, an older gentleman came out, took a picture, and said he could register it with the property management for a refund. Of course, it's been 3 days now, and I still haven't received the refund. I hope they honor their promise. 2. The breakfast staff, I'm not sure if they were confused or poorly trained. My child wanted to make some oatmeal; there were two containers, one for oats and one for those little O-shaped cereals next to it. The containers were empty. We asked the staff twice – the first time, my wife waved, and they acted like they didn't see her. The second time, my child's grandma went over to ask, and was told there was none and they wouldn't refill it (this was 8:30 AM; your breakfast is until 10 AM, and you're not refilling oats?). Well, here's the interesting part: a little later, when I went to get some milk myself, lo and behold, that container *was* refilled! Did it just magically appear? Since we were in a hurry, I didn't make a fuss. There were a few other minor issues, but they weren't too bothersome. Overall, it was still decent. After all, it's peak summer season, and a room rate of over 400 yuan is quite good value for money. There's also a laundry room, which is convenient. However, as a Holiday Inn in the capital of Inner Mongolia, there's still room for improvement."

"After reading numerous guides, I was advised to stay in Building A. Initially, I didn't understand the significant price difference, but I later realized that you truly get what you pay for. From the lobby to the rooms, the hotel is simply magnificent, reminiscent of a luxury hotel in Macau! The service was excellent too; I called housekeeping several times for various items, and they were delivered quickly with a wonderful attitude. The front desk and ticket counter staff were also very helpful, assisting with ticket collection. Although the scenic area itself was a bit disappointing with outdated facilities and not much to do – especially if you've seen the shows in Huzhou or Chimelong Circus, this circus really had no highlights – these issues didn't affect the hotel experience. It truly is the best hotel in Hulunbuir!"

Excellent yurt accommodation! 👍 It caters to the mid-to-high-end market, so it's a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. I took an early morning stroll around the village and found that among the various options, Huiteng Muguo has a superior location, larger grounds, and cleaner rooms. The family rooms are on the second floor, directly above their own restaurant on the first floor, giving it a cozy, homely feel. The proprietress is a thoughtful person who really values guest experience; she's not one for many words, but she's very attentive – you can try to spot her when you arrive! 😊 There's a bonfire party at 9 PM which is great for bringing people together. My only slight regret is that the village is too brightly lit, with dazzling lights and lots of activity, making it impossible to see the stars as I had hoped.

We stayed for three nights in total, and the overall experience was great. For the first two nights, since the standard rooms were fully booked, we opted for a queen room. On the third day, the hotel upgraded us to a family room, which was much bigger and our child absolutely loved it. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly patient with both check-ins and answering our questions. The cleanliness was impressive; we felt very comfortable staying there. Breakfast was also good, with a variety of vegetables and fruits, plus freshly cooked noodles, so there was plenty of choice. The location is very convenient, with many dining options nearby. Chain restaurants serving shaomai and Mongolian cuisine are just a few minutes' walk away, and it's also very easy to get a taxi to various attractions. Excellent value for money!

Yesterday I was drunk and went to the hotel opposite my work to get an hourly room to rest. The purpose of rest was to work better. After sleeping all morning, I was resurrected with full blood in the afternoon and could work hard again. Overall the hotel is quite quiet and the facilities are relatively old, but the advantage is that it is close to the company, just opposite the unit.

Extremely satisfied! Although the price was a bit high, it was definitely worth it. First, a special thanks to the short-haired female supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, patient, and thorough, answering every question we had. My daughter carelessly lost a jacket, and she actively helped us communicate and search for it, and it was eventually found (girls love beauty, and her favorite cosmetics were inside). Other hotel staff were also very welcoming; every staff member we encountered during our stay was able to answer our questions and seriously respond to all our inquiries. Second, from the moment we entered the resort's reception center, there was always a dedicated hotel staff member guiding us. The most convenient aspect was that, apart from occasional self-funded activities, almost everything else had a dedicated guest channel. When you see the long queues of tourists at the actual sites, you'll realize how friendly and necessary this service is. It saves you a lot of time to enjoy other activities. Then there's the dining. All three meals were included, and they weren't just some perfunctory, unknown drinks. The main dishes were also very diverse and abundant. After a day of fun, you could return to the hotel and relax at the bar, enjoying free-flow drinks with a live musician. Finally, the room wasn't huge, but it was compact and tidy. I had also looked up other hotels in the area at the time, and this one felt excellent. The evening party and fireworks on the island created an amazing atmosphere. Due to the weather, we couldn't experience stargazing in the desert or the sunrise over the sand dunes, or the desert hiking with sound, which was a slight regret. If our later itinerary hadn't already been fully booked, we definitely would have stayed at this hotel for another two or three days. On the first day, we played at Xiansha Island, and on the second day, Yuansha Island. In a word: Worth every penny. If your budget allows, I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this place. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the manager was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The service was also friendly and attentive. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the food was tasty and enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was that the hotel was not overcrowded, which made the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again. Overall, my stay was average, with the room experience being a definite highlight, but the check-in process significantly impacted the overall impression. It was a stay with very clear pros and cons. First, let's talk about the room's strengths, which was the most satisfying part of this stay. The room was incredibly spacious, with no cramped or stuffy feeling. Whether traveling alone or with companions, there was more than enough room to move around. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent; the floors, tables, bedding, and bathroom areas were all spotless, with no stains, dust, or strange odors. Attention to detail was evident. The indoor lighting and ventilation were great; the windows were clear, providing ample natural light during the day, making the room bright and airy with good air circulation, preventing any stuffiness. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the furniture arrangement was practical. The overall living comfort was good, perfectly meeting the needs for daily rest or a temporary stay. The hardware conditions are quite outstanding for accommodations in this price range. Upon arrival, I found that there were a lot of guests checking in, and the front desk had a long, dense queue. We waited in the lobby for a very long time, which was a significant drain on time and energy, especially waiting with luggage. This greatly diminished the experience. During peak hours, with many guests, it's easy for people to pile up in queues and experience congested waiting times, which is very unfriendly to travelers who are on a tight schedule and want to check in quickly to rest. In summary, the hotel's room hardware, hygiene, and living comfort are commendable, making for a very good living experience. However, the excessively long wait during peak check-in times dragged down the overall check-in experience.

Out of the eight hotels we stayed at during our nine-day, eight-night trip to Hulunbuir, this one was the kids' absolute favorite! They loved the yurt rooms and seeing the little lambs and calves. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They proactively added me on WeChat a few days beforehand to send the address, and when we arrived, they immediately helped us with our luggage. The dishes we ordered for dinner at the hotel were also delicious. After dinner, there was a bonfire and a fireworks show. Guests staying at the hotel also get a free ride to Qushui Yuntian for photos – it's less crowded and beautiful in the evening!

The hotel boasts high-end decor and excellent cleanliness, with a superb location right by the racecourse. It feels grand and impressive. However, my stay wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. First, my room was quite a trek from the lobby, easily 50-60 meters away. Second, the pillows were all incredibly high; all four provided were the same, offering no softer alternative, which led to a restless night. Third, the toilet wasn't smart, and the toilet paper holder was awkwardly placed behind it, feeling a bit outdated. Fourth, the staff seemed accustomed to serving VIPs; for regular guests like us, they were rather cold and unresponsive. They'd only answer direct questions, and when I asked about breakfast, they didn't volunteer information about the hours or where it was served, which almost caused me to miss it. Most hotels serve until 10 AM, but here it's 9:30 AM.

What truly stood out was the genuine and professional service team. From the warm milk the housekeeping auntie discreetly replenished daily to the help with planning my travel itinerary, every little detail exuded a heartwarming, 'home-like' feeling. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me a souvenir gift, a thoughtful gesture that instantly melted away any travel fatigue. Xin Cheng Hotel isn't just a place to rest; it's a living cultural museum. It tells stories through its architecture, conveys local charm through its cuisine, and embodies warmth through its service.
