"The hotel's location is great, very close to the train station. They have a laundry room, a gym, and a small play area for kids. It's not huge, but you can play ping-pong there, which is fun! The lobby also has a piano you can play, which is a nice touch and good for passing the time. When we checked in, we were given two complimentary drinks and a bag of snacks. We munched on them, and they were really delicious! The room was clean, the bed was large, and the view from the window was lovely, with a distant tower visible. Too bad I didn't take any photos. The only issue I found was a slight smell in the shower area, possibly from the drain. When you flushed, it seemed to bring up an odor. But it's not a big deal; the room itself was still very good and clean. The downstairs restaurant was also tasty. Oh, and in the laundry room, there's a machine specifically for washing shoes! We'd been walking in the grasslands for days and our shoes were quite dirty. We thought about washing them but were worried they wouldn't dry in time, so we decided against it. We'll definitely try it next time we have the chance!"

"This was the only 5-star hotel in Hohhot available in early August that could accommodate two adults and two children. The facilities are quite old; you'd be hard-pressed to find a hotel in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region that hasn't been renovated in so many years. Each room comes with four bottles of purified water. The minibar had no drinks, only instant coffee and teabags. Breakfast was not included. It cost 108 per adult and 80 per child daily. The shaomai and lamb soup at breakfast were delicious, but other than that, the Chinese food options were very limited. The swimming pool was decent, not crowded, and the service was good. Even though the accommodation was rather mediocre, the areas around Hohhot are a lot of fun, and Hongshiya is definitely worth a visit."

"This hotel suite was our last night's stay in Hulunbuir, accommodating a family of four (two adults, two children). Overall, the hotel is pretty good. It's a standalone building, and the suite is spacious, even offering complimentary fruit and ice cream snacks. Room entry is via facial recognition, which is a nice touch. It was quiet at night. Breakfast is a mix of set meals and buffet, generally good, but there are a few areas for improvement: 1. Our suite was advertised with one king bed and one sofa bed. Upon entering the room, we only saw one bed. We called the front desk, and they said they needed to set up the sofa bed. The issue is, the hotel knew we were four people. They could have easily prepared it in advance. Even if they didn't know beforehand, they certainly knew during check-in. Why wait until we discovered the missing bed in the room and called them to set it up? This really makes it feel like they don't consider the guest's perspective. 2. The front desk staff were still quite indifferent. We stored our luggage there, and when we went to pick it up in the evening, the staff completely ignored us and had a very cold attitude. These small details show that the hotel has a long way to go to be considered truly 'good.' 3. The website mentioned airport transfer services were available for booking. However, when I inquired, I was told there were no drivers after 5 PM. But there are plenty of flights after 5 PM. If that's the case, it would be much better to clearly state this in advance."

The staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful. My trip to Manzhouli was very enjoyable, and the comfortable stay here definitely contributed to that. The only minor drawback was the bed. It had an older Simmons mattress that was quite creaky and unstable, making noise with every slight movement."

The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming and patient, answering several of my calls the night before check-in. The hotel has a restaurant, making both dining and accommodation very convenient. Outside the hotel, there are options for horse riding, travel photography, a supermarket, and the evening bonfire party was very lively. The room had an en-suite bathroom with a strong and warm shower. We booked for 4 people (1 child) and the large Kàng bed was spacious enough. It wasn't cold at night, there were no mosquitoes, and we slept very soundly. We even received a small gift upon check-out. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located in an old building in the city center. The 4th floor houses an educational training company, and the 3rd floor is under renovation. Unfortunately, the elevator is faulty and stops and opens on both the 3rd and 4th floors every time, and this cannot be canceled. I wanted to mention these shortcomings first to manage expectations. On the positive side, dining and transportation nearby are very convenient, the breakfast is good, and the front desk service deserves five stars. They even gave us complimentary breakfast and allowed us to check out late at 2 PM.

The hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the highway. The hotel is very convenient for parking and dining. There is a gas station more than 100 meters away from the hotel, so it is a good choice to take a break as a self-driving tour. In addition, hotel services and facilities are also good.

Our family of four (with two children) traveled to Inner Mongolia, and overall, our stay was fantastic! We were all extremely satisfied. The hotel offered a wide range of family-friendly activities, including sandboarding, trampolines, a swimming pool, and a kids' play area. The children had an absolute blast, and even without leaving the hotel, they could have a full and enjoyable day. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were all delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and great flavors. The hotel's lounge also provided a selection of snacks and drinks, which we could enjoy freely, allowing our family to relax and unwind. Furthermore, getting to the nearby desert from the hotel was very convenient, just a short drive away. In the desert, we could experience various activities, including camel riding, which the children absolutely loved. The hotel also arranged a wealth of special activities, such as stargazing tours, sunrise viewing, and bonfire performances and fireworks suitable for the whole family, allowing us to experience unique moments that are hard to find in everyday life. For families with children, the hotel's environment and facilities are exceptionally well-appointed. We were very pleased with the dining, activities, and service. If any friends plan a family trip to Inner Mongolia in the future, I will definitely recommend this hotel! It's absolutely worth staying at!

I had a pleasant stay at this place. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the manager was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The service was also friendly and attentive. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the food was tasty and enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was that the hotel was not overcrowded, which made the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again. Overall, my stay was average, with the room experience being a definite highlight, but the check-in process significantly impacted the overall impression. It was a stay with very clear pros and cons. First, let's talk about the room's strengths, which was the most satisfying part of this stay. The room was incredibly spacious, with no cramped or stuffy feeling. Whether traveling alone or with companions, there was more than enough room to move around. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent; the floors, tables, bedding, and bathroom areas were all spotless, with no stains, dust, or strange odors. Attention to detail was evident. The indoor lighting and ventilation were great; the windows were clear, providing ample natural light during the day, making the room bright and airy with good air circulation, preventing any stuffiness. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the furniture arrangement was practical. The overall living comfort was good, perfectly meeting the needs for daily rest or a temporary stay. The hardware conditions are quite outstanding for accommodations in this price range. Upon arrival, I found that there were a lot of guests checking in, and the front desk had a long, dense queue. We waited in the lobby for a very long time, which was a significant drain on time and energy, especially waiting with luggage. This greatly diminished the experience. During peak hours, with many guests, it's easy for people to pile up in queues and experience congested waiting times, which is very unfriendly to travelers who are on a tight schedule and want to check in quickly to rest. In summary, the hotel's room hardware, hygiene, and living comfort are commendable, making for a very good living experience. However, the excessively long wait during peak check-in times dragged down the overall check-in experience.

The campsite in the northern part is probably the best one. If you want to experience a yurt, this is the place to do it, the scenery is much more beautiful than the one in Heishantou. You get sunsets, singing performances, bonfires, and a starry sky. Slippers, toiletries, and liquid mosquito repellent are all provided. The shower water is unstable; it's a trickle and fluctuates between hot and cold. Four bottles of water are provided, and you have to pay for any extra. Breakfast is enough to fill you up.

The hotel boasts high-end decor and excellent cleanliness, with a superb location right by the racecourse. It feels grand and impressive. However, my stay wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. First, my room was quite a trek from the lobby, easily 50-60 meters away. Second, the pillows were all incredibly high; all four provided were the same, offering no softer alternative, which led to a restless night. Third, the toilet wasn't smart, and the toilet paper holder was awkwardly placed behind it, feeling a bit outdated. Fourth, the staff seemed accustomed to serving VIPs; for regular guests like us, they were rather cold and unresponsive. They'd only answer direct questions, and when I asked about breakfast, they didn't volunteer information about the hours or where it was served, which almost caused me to miss it. Most hotels serve until 10 AM, but here it's 9:30 AM.

Cleanliness: Even though it's an older, established Chinese brand hotel, the cleanliness has always been exceptionally well-maintained.
